I remembered getting food from this restaurant years ago and liked it. I decided to try it again even with the bad reviews. Maybe it was because I ordered on a weekday but the food was pretty good. The only issue I had was that all the juice leaked out before I got home. Anyway, the food was fresh and of course the service was quick. U

I've given these mofos too many chances. Again and again. They can't get right at all. I've added instructions for utensils and napkins in the instruction box on their app and it's like they can't read or don't give a fvck. They oversalt what you din't want salted and don't salt what you want salted. Their cooking of American food sucks all to be damned. I'm done with these Chinese joints in the burbs. They are the absolute worst!

The first time we ordered from here the delivery was 3 hours late. The 2nd time I found a rock the size of a pea in my Kung Pao chicken. I'll let you decide if it's worth the risk ‍.

Ok I waited a long time to make a post on this restaurant so here is a somewhat deep dive. First the restaurant is always clean inside and out. The staff is either rude or indifferent never seeming to be happy or welcoming. I have tried a number of things off their menu. The orange chicken is always soggy and overly saturated in bottled tasting sauce. The beef and broccoli is ok. The broccoli is always fresh and crisp but I don't think they wash it well as it has had the small little worm like bugs a few times also to much loose gravy. The egg rolls are the standard ones you could get at any decent carryout except for the steak and cheese egg roll which is a bit salty but still pretty good. The best thing I have had on the menu is the Crispy Beef which is tossed in a delightful light sauce but the beef is usually cut so thin and fried that you can't really taste the meat. I've ask the workers what culture of cuisines they base their recipes off of and they told me they don't know. They also frequently OVER CHARGE you so check the menu price. Today I had ordered black bean sauce and I was served general tso sauce. After bringing it back they told me that this was in fact Black bean sauce I will post a picture of what i wanted and what i got. Overall ok if you're desperate or don't feel like driving 30 minutes for decent carryout.

Taste: great! Both the tofu green curry and the Buddha's delight were great. Good strong flavors, not too spicy for the curry, and fresh veggies. The rice was cooked perfectly. The veggie spring rolls were oily (typical) and delicious!Price: extremely reasonably priced per meal... although the total online was slightly less than what they charged me in person, and I did not receive a receipt.COVID Precautions: I felt safe picking up my food from here because the business seemed clean and they were adhering to guidelines.Staff: Friendly; not much interaction other than at the counter, because I ordered online through their website.

The food was good, hot and plenty of flavor Great service, clean Recommend it for a lunch or dinner

Delicious food with good portions. Tasted fresh. Was expecting tiny shrimp in my dish but was happily surprised that they were larger than expected and tasty!Such great customer service. Clean and bright! No photos because I was too hungry to wait

Decent go it local Chinese food one of the only places near me. I just don't think for fried rice should be yellow rice or shrimp pinkhat's just me and my taste o want speak to it everyone and I don'twant to bash a local businessi wild likeI see them succeed this area needs a decent Chinese spot

0n 7/25/2023, I drove five miles to pick up an online order, I returned home and discovered had someone order. I tried by telephone to explain my issue by the employee on the phone refuse to believe she gave out wrong order, she was later identified as a older Asian lady. I had explain that I order shrimp and black bean sauce and bring rolls and not egg foo young, thank God I payed via credit card. Now the problem came when she refused to give me spring rolls, telling that they were in bag of the wrong order. It was only resolved as I threatened to call the police. I also was advised that the previous owners sold the Carryout two years old; it seems like the new management have no control over this hostile speaking employees, the aforementioned employee has been there for the past 20 years, and should be removed from the customer facing counter before she run others customers away.

I've just started going to Kitchen one and I always order sweet-and-sour chicken. The chicken is not breaded, which is a good thing it's like regular chicken nuggets delicious. The other Chinese restaurants is overly breaded with one piece of nugget chicken inside, kitchen one is my number 1 Chinese Pl. to get my sweet-and-sour.
