I want to be able to give a better review, but each time we've ordered it's just a little off. Not enough to be serious, but never getting the order right is a concern.First time was a 1/2 chicken with fries and fried rice. While it was tasty, it showed up with the plain, white rice. Lomo saltado has been right on each time. Another order misstep was the yuca con chicharron, which says it comes with a tomato sauce, cabbage salad, and two tortillas. Now it made it with the pork and yuca, but no tomato sauce, no cabbage, and no tortillas. Again, meal was very tasty. I even ordered a side of the fried rice and it was really good, so much so that I wish my first order had come correct.Hopefully it's a couple of small missteps as the food has been good and I'd be willing to give it one more shot.

If you are looking for a good and clean Peruvian chicken, you had cake to the right place! They chicken have good flavors and the sides are big! I like their yuca, they make it fresh when your there, 5 minutes fresh fried yuca!

King Pollo is our favorite to go pollo a la brasa place in the Springfield/Alexandria area. The chicken is always on point and charred to perfection. Everything here tastes fresh.The yuca always comes out crispy, you don't have to worry about soggy yuca here. Cant go wrong with other sides like ensalada, plátanos fritos or rice.And of course make sure to get extra yellow sauce!

Try the beef! We ordered a wide variety of choices from the menu including chicken, beans and rice, fries and chicarron. All tasted good but the costillas stood out by far. Delivery was easy but we had to replace an item due to ordering later in the evening and the order was missing a beverage. All in all, we enjoyed the food and will order here again

We love King Pollo! Our go to dish is chicken saltado and lomo saltado.My husband like the rotisserie chicken as well.

Stopped here for some Peruvian chicken and sides and it did not disappoint. The macaroni salad/cheese and fried rice, as well as the plantains were all very good. The chicken was great along with the green and yellow sauces that came with it. Would definitely come back.

I am so excited I found this place. Quick and convenient location for a yummy latin fix. I ordered rice and beans, fried pork and plantains. The pork and plantains were fried at the moment so it took a few minutes to get my order but oh so worth it. Good amount of food for great price. While waiting I was looking at the rest of the items on the menu and will definitely go back to try some other dishes. The staff was friendly, personable and worked as a team. There were a few people waiting for some freshly roasted chickens to come out of the rotating grill. As soon as that happened all orders were expedited quickly and with a smile.

One of the worst chicken spots I've had without a doubt on my mind. Flavorless seasoning, soggy fries, & awful green sauce! If you need proof, go try it yourself

Today was hubby and I first time trying this place since we are locals in Alexandria we both got the half chicken, one white one dark meat. The chicken was very dry and over cooked, besides, the honey and I had were the french fries, the fried rice, the rice and peas and spaghetti that were very basic with little to no flavor. Now that start with customer service customer service, no one greeted us upon entry the ambience was decent. Our suggestion would be to cut your chicken to order and not have it sitting in a heat lamp. That's what dries your chicken out. Will we be back? I doubt it

i get big piece of plastic at my food when into my mouth thinking was food now i feeling like throwing out. never again
