Khan is more like Korean Izakaya instead of Japanese. They are located in the Seoul Plaza. They used to be the popular go to spot before 1943 opened nearby in Annandale. Even a year ago, this place used to be packed on weekday evenings, but it was like a ghost town when I came on an evening. There is a lot of anime theme decoration in here and it is very dimly lit inside. The tables are all black too so it is a dark atmosphere. The service is just okay. I came here with a group of 5. My friends got the soju beer tower. It was pretty disappointing how little it gets filled. Also tried their agedashi tofu. I was expecting a cold dish, but it was hot. Not too bad. One thing I didn't like is that they didn't have the price of the drinks on their mobile menu. There is ample parking in the parking lot.

Great go to late night spot. I love their inari salmon sushi and my ALL TIME FAVORITE Grilled Intestines. If I can come here every weekend without any health issues I would. Service is regular and the place is dim and somewhat older. They close late and food isn't too expensive.

Nice casual spot to grab a few bottles of soju and eat some Korean anju. When the weather is nice, definitely sit outside-- the fairy lights make the vibes even better. Service is great-- everyone is friendly and the food menus come out pretty fast.As for the food, get their pineapple slush-- it's the perfect chaser to soju! For their more substantial food menus, I thought their ddukbokki and jjambbong soup were pretty good too. Overall, perfect to come with a group of friends to hang out and drink some soju!

I've heard good things about this place and definitely wanna come back to truly experience it with drinks, but my friends and I just stopped by for some snacks. We got the skewers and okonomiyaki, which were pretty good. We also got calamari, which was just completely batter and a poor choice, but we enjoyed the other food regardless. This restaurant is definitely meant for drinking because it's so dark that we cannot barely see our food or each other's faces, which we did not enjoy. I feel like even in a drinking setting, it doesn't have to be this dark.

Not really sure why I haven't been to this place much sooner but this was a great place to visit on a Saturday night. Great atmosphere but it can get really dim there. I suggest you should go with a group of friends, there's ample seating for one table ( goes up to 6 people )!I'll be honest, I'm pretty sure I made the mistake of ordering this giant appetizer platter for myself because I wasn't sure what I wanted. This was a monster of a dish filled with fried foods consisting of fries, takoyaki (three pieces), wings (3 wings), three mozzarella sticks, onion rings and dumplings (three pieces). This is definitely something to share with a whole group and I regretted not getting something else.Overall, servers were attentive and carried these portable payment systems to place and cash out people which was very convenient. Check this place out if you enjoy small bites!

I love going her after work with my co workers.Whenever I visit, I always gravitate towards the Fried basket, tako wasabi, and the skewers. It's the perfect combination for a satisfying meal with a twist. At night, Khan comes alive with a vibrant atmosphere, drawing in a younger crowd who are there to socialize and have a good time. The energy is infectious, making it a fantastic spot for those seeking a fun and laid-back evening out. While the ambiance inside can be a bit dim, the lively vibes more than make up for it.The service is always great and all the food comes out fairly quick.

Great late night to be if you're young and drunk, but if you're tired, sober, and not as young, maybe Khan is not the best place to go. My friend and I stopped by for late night food this past Monday 11 PM. The interior is what you imagined a late night restaurant to look like, and there was a good amount of people having a good time. This place is quite loud and rowdy, if that's your vibe.TAKOYAKI (6 PCS.) - 8Not the best. Could barely taste the octopus - just lots of flour, so my friend and I didn't like it that much. The sauce was good. Bonito flakes felt old and stale. Overall, pretty pricy for what it wasBEEF TATAKI - 20Not a lot of beef pieces (it's also cold, by the way) and lots of onions. Not sure if it was worth the price, but overall it was a let down. We ordered this since it seemed popular on Yelp.My friend and I agreed that if you're a young drunk, you'd have a blast. The food will probably taste infinitely better if you have some alcohol in you. If you're sober, you can probably find better late night options in Annandale.

Overall: 2/5 Food: 3/5 -I came here with my cousin and we got the rose tteokbokki, small intestine and seafood udon and they all tasted very average. The tteokbokki tasted instant and we both said we would not be surprised if they used the instant packs that are sold at asian grocery stores and the gobchang was alright but only came with one sauce. The seafood udon was bland and did not really taste like anything. I also did not feel too great after eating here. Service - 2/5 - The server did not even really greet us and just asked for our order. The restaurant was mostly empty and we came on a Saturday night and although there were not even that many tables, we did not get checked up on once and we got our food like 45 minutes after ordering. I'm not too sure what the long wait was when the food tasted all instant. We had to wait a long time to get our check even though we kept trying to find our server (who was doing random things in an empty restaurant). Value - 2/5 - Each thing on the item ended up costing around $20 (tip included) and the value was just not there. $20 for an instant tasting rice cakes and $20 for a no taste udon? Would not come back.I would not come back here or really recommend. The service was not that great and the food was too bad for the price to be like that.

Located in Seoul Plaza in Annandale, Khan serves up late night food and small bites with good drink pairings. The inside is quite dark and is decorated in a Japanese theme. You'll see some One Piece wanted posters when you walk in. There are tables for small and large groups. The servers go around with their portable touch devices to place orders and process payments so ordering and checking out is streamlined. It can get pretty loud in here on a busy night. I like their skewers and they have popular Korean drinks. It's one of the more popular late night spots in Annandale that serves good food. There is open parking in the plaza. They offer outdoor seating as well.
