This is a hood favorite. I've been coming here since I was young and have always been partial to their food. As I grew older, I lived further away and eventually adapted new food options. Recently I was around the way and decided to give it a try. To my surprise, it was exactly as I remembered and quite enjoyable. (Sometimes things can be exactly as you remember, but not nearly as good as your memory credits it) The steak and cheese is as flavorful as you can get if you aren't in Philly. The wings are fried hard but in fresh grease and the mumbo sauce is the right color. Always.

Ok STOP WHAT YOU DOING! I don't know whyyyyy this spot doesn't have a raving 4 stars at least. Ok so I decided to give them a try via Grubhub since they had actual photos next to each dish. I ordered the Special House Soup which was to die for super and extremely hot like soup is supposed to be. Steak egg n cheese double bomb and the chicken wings were good cause they weren't those over steroided out jumbo wings. Tender and fried well. Gotta try them out if you're a local!

We had the Late night eats aka munchies so we decided to use Eat24 to deliver us some good eats. Bae just had her wisdom teeth pulled so she got the Egg Drop soup and was very very pleased. I got the sweet n sour chicken for the 1st time and it was good. I also tried out the Singapore noodles, they're different yet tasty. I may or may not try them again though. I will on the other hand order from them again. You can't beat all of that for just $19.20. Update: 4/15/17 They are not consistent.My buffalo wings are sweet I'm really sad about that and this beef & broccoli isn't cooked. The broccoli is super crunchy and the beef taste kind of fake. I'm definitely not happy. I had faith in you all. Oh and the delivery guy doesn't come to the door to deliver. Sorry guys I have to adjust the ratings.

Impressively bad experience. The delivery time estimate was 35 - 50 minutes, and after an hour and a half, I called Kerry's to inquire about the delivery. The woman on the phone assured me that the food would arrive within the next five minutes -- without asking for my phone number, order, or name. When the food did not arrive within the next ten minutes, I called back, and was met with the same reassurance. We waited nearly an hour and forty-five minutes for the food to arrive. When the food did arrive, the driver called and asked us to walk out to meet him at his car, and then demanded payment, despite the fact that we had paid with a credit card. When we got back to the apartment, one of the orders was wrong (shrimp lo mein instead of chicken lo mein), and my beef and broccoli tasted so foul that I did not eat more than a few bites. AVOID.

I would give 5 stars but I did not receive my exact order. I ordered shrimp lo mein and received chicken (I hope it's chicken) lo mein. Also, I ordered a Pepsi and got a sprite. But because the food is so good I really can't be too mad. It's delicious!

Terrible. Ordered through EAT24 app. Estimated delivery time of 35-60 mins. Food ordered at 8:21 on a Monday...estimated delivery 9:14. Food didn't arrive until 9:56. I had to call the restaurant and EAT24 to get a status update. And never got anything more than "they're on the way" and them hanging up quickly.And it was terrible. Why is the rice orange? The moo goo gai pan chicken was rubbery. The egg drop soup gelatinous and overly orange. The only edible dish was the beef yat noodles.

Shrimp basket w/ fries is my fav meal here. $7 well spent, and spend $1.85 more if you're in the mood for a sugar over in the sweet tea. Fast friendly service. Just make sure you have cash.

I just ordered Chinese food from here & unfortunately it took nearly twice as long to deliver as predicted. Even worse, the food was almost complexly cold by the time I got it. Plus, the General Tsaos chicken was not of good quality - it didn't taste good & had weird chunks in it. I wouldn't order from here if you can avoid it.
