When it comes to this place some things are good and some are underwhelming. Their chicken has pretty good flavor, yuca is nice and crispy. Their green sauce had a nice kick to it. I also enjoyed their Caesar Salad and I added Steak to it. I also really enjoyed their mashed potatoes; savory and creamy.Their Steak and Cheese was definitely underwhelming. It didn't have a good balance. Not enough cheese and Steak, and too much peppers. I was also disappointed they were out of Horchata the day I ordered from them. Their Passion Fruit beverage just didn't do it for me, could be personal tastes because I like mine to be a little tart.I will definitely go there again, just not for their Steak and Cheese.

I enjoy eating flavorful foods here. The roasted chicken stays moist and flavorful and as left overs also when properly reheated. I am a fan of their green rice and spicy sauces. I am a returning customer.

THIS PLACE IS TORCH! NEW AND AMAZING! I got the bowl it's under the specialties items.I added the chicken, steak and the shrimp to my bowl. It was very filling and they give good portions. It was fresh, hot and we'll seasoned (BETTER THAN CHIPOTLE). The atmosphere was very clean. All the staff are super friendly and have great personalities. I will definitely be coming back to try other items. I also think this place will be a great add on to the area due to everything else is fast food!

I normally go to the Kachi's in Allentown but, today I decided to go to the other one. The service was horrible, I'm not sure if the lady was having a bad day but it was terrible. At the end I asked if I could put in my phone number to collect my rewards and she skipped past the page to put my number in and said "NO". Never going back to this establishment again. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!

I've ordered from Kachi's chicken before. The service is good. I usually always order right before I head to pick it up. Sometimes, the order is ready when I arrive and if I have to wait, it's usually no more than 10 mins. The chicken is flavorful and always hits the spot. My toddler calls it the "yummy chicken". The cilantro rice is tasty as well. I recommend.

I ordered a bowl $15 and I got all the way home and it was no rice. She tells me she will give me 10% off the next visit. Really???? $1.00. The rice completed the bowl. I didn't ask for a salad let alone there was no lettuce soooo how was that meal!!!
