Whenever I don't feel like cooking I order from here. Food is what you expect from a carry out, it's not a 3 star restaurant but it's good. Never had any problem with the service even when there was a mix up. I see a lot of reviews about staff being rude or confrontational and I don't agree with them. I've ordered here many times and I've never had a argument with the staff at all. I've even experienced a payment double charge and when I called to fix it there was no arguing it was just a straight to the point fix the problem and move on kind of situation. Overall the place is good as a carry out. Quick, good priced food and quick delivery as well.

Cheap "Chinese" food delivered quickly. But the quality is very low, probably because peoples expectations are low. I ordered three dishes, one chicken, one pork, one veg. The bulk of the dishes all look the same even though they were distinct names on the menu. The meat components taste good enough, but it seems like they use the same pre-made meat for all the dishes of a certain type. The "hunan pork" had sweet roast pork in it.

My Fiance and I frequent this place nearly every time we get together because it's probably the best Chinese spot near Langley Park. It's really no different than any other Chinese takeout in regards to food choices, but the food here is very good. The quality is always consistent, meaning no hit and miss situations have ever occurred when I've ordered from here. I've mainly ordered delivery, and they're usually pretty quick when it comes to delivery time. I'd give this place a go if you're in the area for some chinese, or looking for another go to takeout joint.

It's not a 5 star carry out (cause what carry out is?) but it is affordable and food hasn't made me die yet so.... I take it. Also, they are the nearest carry out in Langley Park... My only suggestion is, if you are making a phone order just make sure you repeat your order a lot over the phone. They have a difficult time understanding special requests like "please no broccoli".

The food is usually pretty good when we order from here. The Crispy Beef is a go to majority of the time. Ordered from there today and it just wasn't the same. The crispy beef wasn't done enough and our shrimp egg rolls had no shrimp, just filled with cabbage. Hope this was just a bad day.

This has been one of my favorite takeout and delivery chinese places for years. I think they make the best chicken and rice soup in the DC area. I come here to get it every time I'm sick. And their basic Chinese food is good, too.

I ordered the fried shrimp meal. They told me it would be ready in 5 minutes which I thought was kind of fast. I ordered over the phone so it was to be picked up and when i got there like 20 minutes later it wasn't ready. Then finally they brought it out and it was like the kind of shrimp that's frozen and you put in the microwave or something. And the cocktail sauce was so old it was stuck to the little container. EW!! The only thing that was good was the fries. The coleslaw seemed dry. I haven't tried their Chinese food but I definitely won't be trying their seafood again..

Very nasty customer service. When I told the lady that my debit card didn't have the bubble Number, she told me they couldn't take it. (The numbers on my card is flat.)Then I told her that I would pay cash and she still refused to take my order.

Sorry for the length of this, but it may help someone else re nastiness & food at Jason's. I won't normally leave 'stories' but this really needs to be read:To the person who said, "I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about".1. that review is 3 yrs old2. The people ARE nice ONLY IF you don't DARE to complain 3. It is better if you pick up than have delivered, because you can check it right in front of them and turn it down & not buy it4. IF they deliver & you have a problem, they'll argue about any and everything before they may or may not 'give in' - as if they are doing YOU a favor - WHAT ever happened to "the customer is always right?" - NOT with these people! We were starting to think they were pretty good - liked their shrimp rolls and quite a few apps & dishes/subs - usually spent $40-$50 & had lots of leftovers for a couple of days whenever we got delivery - No more! 7/1/2014 Food delivery- 4 things lousy - fried rice (way darker than ever), soup, wontons (WAY WAY overdone), and shrimp dish (mushy lousy tasting shrimp & they chgd $1.50 for adding $.10 of water chestnuts and another $1.50 for cashews - if they'd said THAT on phone I'd have said forget it)..... btw, AFTER everything, I see dark spots on soup noodles - meaning it's dirt from fryer that wasn't cleaned when they were cooked - probably why the wontons sucked! They close 11pm, food arrived 11:20, so we couldn't call back 11:40 to complain & had to call 7/2, She argued for 10-15 min before saying she would give CASH cr but I HAD to bring BACK the FOOD to THEM [in nearly 96 degree weather]. I said I'd have to wait 'til dark when it was cooler outside, but it then severely thunder-stormed & didn't stop 'til 10:45pm, when I called & said I'd have to wait & come back today. She was nasty, said "No, that's too late" that they won't return it - that it was "already 12 hours today and will be 36 hours tomorrow" (Why - like I'm obligated to prove food that tastes bad is bad just for them to argue again?) I replied, "This was delivered and I shouldn't even HAVE to bring it back to get credit" to which she then said, "We HAVE to have your credit card" - wrong on 2 accounts 1. Don't have to for cr card refund and 2. She had SAID she was issuing CASH refund if I came with food. (- so suddenly story changed & it was going to be a credit card credit?) As it was, they had earlier demanded that I "make sure all of the food is there and hasn't been eaten" making me wonder if they'd take back 50 cents for the bites we had taken in determining the food had been crappy (& I should've fished mushy shrimp out of our trash?!) ...We argued for 5-10 min's before she put me on hold, left me 5 min's more 'til they closed & just disconnected me when I got fast busy signal, then refused to answer my calls back (I know they have caller ID from prior night when they DID answer AFTER closing, btw) . Then sent me to voice mail so I said, "If you're going to be that way, and you don't care about losing business considering all the times we buy $50 worth of food at a time from you, than I'm going to fight your credit card charge, go on yelp about this, and call the health department". They never called back! PATHETIC! I hope to remember to watch for them on local newspaper listings of "closed for health code violations".... (Note: Only put 1 star because I couldn't put zero)
