House omelet. Nicely done the way my gramma used to make it. Charred on the ends like the way the French hate it.

Great value coupled with a very cute atmosphere = me being a return customer. The space is tiny but quaint as heck. It's fine with a plus 1 but definitely not for families. At best they can sit about a dozen people (plus room outside). But don't let the limited space fool you; be prepared to wait for your food since they do a lot of take-out orders. I got the feeling that most patrons were locals, which is always a good sign.I loved my breakfast panini but the other options looked equally great, especially the Korean dishes.

I love this place! I've visited twice in the past, once for some savory food (which was delicious) and again recently for some tea on a very cold day. The owner was working there when we visited and she was super nice! I was really glad this place was open, because it was a really cold day and the tea and coffee our group got was exactly what was needed. The green tea I ordered was hearty and so soothing on a very cold day. The shop is casual, but it has a very welcoming atmosphere. The food I've had in the past (a sandwich) was delicious and filling. This place is truly a gem, and I will visit again in the future! They're located right off Queen Street, and it's a great addition to this neighborhood.

Food was great, my husband had sunny side special, I had French toast special both were delicious all cooked perfectly bacon was crispy, eggs were soft, French toast had a hint of cinnamon, crunchy outside warm and yummy inside. You could pay more for better ambiance but why, when food & service are so good.

Nice quaint neighborhood joint. Three bar stools. 4 tables. One seats 4. The others seat 2 each. When we arrived on a Wednesday late morning there were two tables open. A couple or three came in for togo orders. We decided to split the house omelette. Nice sized portions but if you're looking for super sized portions then you'll be disappointed. I would visit again the next time I'm in Alexandria

This a very small restaurant that seats maybe 13 people. We wanted a cheap breakfast so we chose Jack's. The service was great. It appeared to be a 2 person show. A guy on the flat top and a woman taking orders, serving and assisting with food prep. We ordered the veggie omelet and it came with toast and home fries. All for $9.99. The food was very good especially for the price. They use glass plates but plastic utensils. If we lived in the area this place would be a staple for us; we love good, cheap food!

Small and out of the way experience. Great food. Quick service. Been here a few times and the food is consistently good. Great for breakfast. Small (7-10 seats) but doesn't detract from anything. Will return.

Great little brunch place. Went with 3 friends, there is limited seating maybe 2 tables that can fit 3-4 people then 2 tables that can fit 2, and bar seating. Yummy food. I was able to find free street parking close by since it was the weekend. We were there for about 1.5 - 2 hours.

I was looking for breakfast on my way to the airport, and found (though just barely), Jacks. It's a little tiny place, with seating for maybe 16-20 people tops. They seem to do a brisk carry out business as well. Just two young people working, but they seemed to have a good handle on everything going on. Service was good. Food was great. I had an omelette and coffee. I really like little places like this. All heart, no frills, good food.
