OMG...I can't thank you enough for your team that made this cake happened, and y'all did above and beyond for what I requested. Since this cake is anime theme, so I was a bit worry for the details and the toppers. I simply only sent them the picture I found online and they made it. The boat topper was what wowed me the most!!!! I thought it would be a candy art, but no, it was real model and my friend had added it to his collections. The second picture I bought the other toppers online so I can decorate a little bit more.Even though it was a bit pricey, but....it's understandable since I am also working in food and beverages industry. Therefore, it's worth it when you know you're doing it for your loved ones. Again, thank you so much

Ordered my son's 10th birthday cake from here with dubious directions and a couple of Pinterest photos. My eyebrows went into my hairline at the cost, but as it turns out, they deliver and it was worth every penny. The communication is definitely good - the delivery guy rang my doorbell and when my 6yo ignored him AND failed to tell me, called my phone. I was doing laundry. He was a little late but it was pouring rain!! The cake was delivered well packaged/ it survived a highway drive from DC to Laurel and sitting in a box at ClimbZone for 2 hours and still looked and tasted great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had a big team dinner for our onsite in DC. Imagine Cake Studio was amazing with their prompt communication and pricing. The cake was amazing and a huge hit with the whole team! Also, big thank you for all the extra logistics work, in delivering the cake to the restaurant. It was one of the highlights of the whole week. You do great work!

Holy S***!!!!This cake shop is phenomenal!!!We purchased a cake for our daughter's first birthday and they absolutely knocked it out of the park!!A kid's first birthday is obviously stressful for parents, but Imagine Cake Studio made it seamless!Delivery was on time and perfect, the cake was perfectly crafted and delicious.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Wonderful cake! Very quick response to my web inquiry. Lisa offered a few options to match the theme I proposed. Cake was ready at the time requested. Pickup location was on my block, I understand others might find it offputting to pick up from a corner store but I shop there occasionally anywausI recommend this business!

I ordered a cake via email with this company, sent over an inspo picture and they dominated! My order came out amazing and delivery was great! Overall about 4 weeks of communicating back and forth which they successfully handled perfectly! I would recommend this company to anyone in DC!

The cake was good - its just a couple of things that wouldn't make me use this company again.1. Everything was done via email and or digital - I dont believe they have a physical location you can go to (correct me if I'm wrong ) and the site was a little confusing too.2.I called the number that was attached to the site and contact information SEVERAL TIMES and even left SEVERAL VOICEMAILS and wasn't given a call back nor emailed when I left my information for updates on my order and or just for FAQ's I had.3.The pick-up location is hella sketchy, and honestly quite confusing. I'm from DC so I knew the pick-up area pretty well but its not ideal for customers to find if they are not from the area. 4. I requested a cake where money can be pulled from it - and when I picked it up the cake was leaning and the money part was slowly falling apart. Unfortunately since the pickup location wasn't where any of the bakers designed/baked the cake I couldn't get it fixed in time for the dinner later that day . By the time it was actually needed for presentation to sing HBD the cake was falling apart- thank god for the restaurant having a pastry chef on deck, they fixed it as much as possible BUT still the structure was NOT GOOD FROM THE START.

The management constantly tries to verify the cake done, by saying it was our fault, it is disappointing as a simple comprehensive email or apology for the disaster this played would have sufficed for us to remove this comment completely. But all we got is no answers on the phone, not even a name for a person to address. Disappointing in the whole handling of this situation.We asked for gold flowers and a marble looking design but the result was a disaster and a low quality. When contacting you we would have expected the end result would be up to the level. Disappointed in the level of communication as well.

Can't wait to show my Blippi obsessed 2 yr old!Cake looks just like the pictures sent . This is my go to birthday cake company . We are happy as always and will be ordering again.
