Talk about flavor explosion- this place always hits. I always go here when i want bun thit nuong as this is one of the best places to make it! The pork is perfectly marinated and grilled so it's still quite moist. The spring roll is filled with meat unlike some other places a I've been. The sauce is perfectly tangy and sweet. The probs are absolutely huge and worth every bite. They're always packed so be ready to wait. The wait staff is very nice and willing to explain things if you need. This place is cash only so be sure to bring cash!

Good food here and many variety of popular Vietnamese dishes!It's been six years since our family visited and food is still tasty, place is busy, parking lot is still full of cars. I can't imagine how busy it will be on weekends. We came Friday noon. The only change is the price which shows how much inflation. Most dishes are now between $16 to $20 and portion size has reduced. Overall, I still recommend this spot for good eats!

We originally wanted to try another restaurant but it was closed for winter break. So we decided to try this place. We ordered the pho and crispy egg noodles in a brown gravy sauce.Both dishes were good and the pho broth wasn't too greasy. Much better than NJ options in Bergen County. However, the food was too sweet for my liking. This place is cash only.

This place is OG classic restaurant with older men waiters wearing maroon vests. No chit chat. Extremely efficient. Get the 26, 96, and 106. You can thank me later. Two spacious bathrooms in the back that is usually occupied because this place is always bumpin. As always bring real cash money to Eden Center. You should know that by now!

The owner is very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is already decorated for Christmas giving it a fun atmosphere. Please note this is cash only. The sweet and sour soup with fish is so delicious. Pair this with the caramelized pork and fish with rice and it's a great combination. The different flavor profiles complement each other very well. The fish is fresh and the pork is crisp with amazing sauce.

Popped in for lunch on a Saturday morning. I came in right before the lunch rush and was seated quickly. They have a pretty extensive menu but I had looked at it beforehand and was able to order within just a couple minutes.I ordered the bun rieu (rice noodles with crab tomato soup) which I've never had before. It came out after about 15 minutes. I can't compare it to anything else, but it was delicious! Hot, comforting, and with a bit of chili added in, it was the perfect meal on a brisk morning. They're cash only and my total was something like $18.65. I put $50.65 on the payment tray and they ended up returning $31.65. I was shorted a tiny bit but I was in a hurry and honestly didn't really mind.

We love Huong Viet and have been coming back for almost 30 years. Every dish we ordered were delicious and authentic.

I've been going here since I was a tween with my parents, so over 30 years. It's truly good traditional Vietnamese. It's small for the number it serves, but that's just a good sign of good food in my opinion. I love the pork noodle shrimp, banh xeo, and grill pork dishes, but I really haven't had a bad dish there. They are cash only, so keep that in mind.

Pretty solid. I usually order Bun Bo Hue and Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio from here. Most of the time, the food is consistently goods. However, one time the vermicelli was on a bad, sour side.Overall, most of their items were good for a large group who wants different things.

Solid food and service. It's a casual setting for what is a busy restaurant because the food is good. There are great flavor profiles so you won't be disappointed. There's plenty of parking so it's easy to get to. The only downside is it's a cash only place, but that's no reason not to go. My wife and I both had the carmelized lemongrass pork chops with chilies while my son had stir fried beef with spicy satay sauce. For appetizers we had crispy spring rolls. Everything was so flavorful.
