I go here frequently, and probably spend more than I should. Lots of bakery items for carry out. They also offer catering and family style platters. You can get grilled pork and vermicelli bowls to-go. Lots of choices for banh mi (grilled or roasted pork my favorites). Items a la cart: Grilled meat skewers, pâté chaud, sesame dessert balls, banh Bao, Vietnamese fried egg rolls (chicken, pork or shrimp) or steamed summer rolls, banh cuon by the pound or pre packed, banh bot loc tom, fresh made gio, banh chung, banh têt, and more! They have the best prices on egg rolls! There's also boba in many flavors and Viet café or salted caramel coffee. Check out their catering menu that makes it convenient to buy trays for families and parties.

Food: I didn't look around too much on other selections as I was only here to pick up this Pandan cake. I usually get it from the bakery beside but they were out of it. This was okay, more so average, and I felt like the food they had was not quite fresh, corroborating the reviews from others. Service: unfortunately, I felt like the lady was kind of cold.Ambiance: a small shop, no seats, a typical long standing bakery

Mediocre bahn mi; very little meat in the grilled pork sandwich and was not that flavorful But it was superb affordable so it is what it is!

Very similar and experience as my previous visit. Banh Mi is really good here and a good price. A lot of other items available as well. I still recommend coming by here if you are in Eden Center!

Probably the best bánh mì in Eden Center. I had the bánh Patê sô and the bánh mì. Thế bánh mì was on a nice fluffy baguette, the bread seemed like it was just baked, very soft and crispy on the outside. It was also just the right size. Had enough filling in every bite. The pate so was pretty delicious. Friendly owners and the bakery and deli seemed to have the essentials. Will definitely come back.

Huong Binh Bakery has been a staple and has a strong history of being located at the Vietnamese Eden Center for many years. They continue to serve up some of the best Bahn Mi sub sandwiches, snacks and sweet treats in the center. As a young visitor at Eden Center, I always somehow get drawn back to this location of the strip to get some desserts and take bags full of food home for later!The bread is always fresh and the selection is top notch when it comes to different meats and combinations. They also serve some grilled meats with noodles and rice dishes which is a strong plus.If you get a chance to visit the Eden Center, stop by and grab a few treats for yourself, you won't be disappointed because you can always find something to suit your taste whether its a sweet dessert, an iced coffee drink, or a bite of Vietnam!

Review is just for sesame ball, the only thing I got. I am doing a sesame ball comparison across various bakeries in the E.C. It was really good. I think it had a white bean paste filling. It had collapsed a little on itself by the time I got to eat it later that night after buying it but fresh I think it would be top notch.

We came to check out their selection of food excited to try new food but left with only a Banh Mi (Dac Biet), 5 eggrolls, and a fried banana because the lady serving couldn't be bothered. All items were stale unfortunately.Service 1/10: A lot of their food is behind a glass display and need help from someone behind the counter. But the lady behind there was not interested in helping us nor did she want to respond when we tried to ask for help. When we finally were able to get her attention to order food she had a mouthful of food and was wiping her mouth with her hands. At that point, I should have walked away. Oh well, at least now I know.Banh mi 1/10: They reheated the bread which was nice. It didn't look like they make their own banh mi though. The bread was VERY chewy from staleness even though it was reheated. The pickled veggies were fresh - probably the best thing in the banh mi. Fried banana 1/10: the displayed fried bananas in the glass looked good but the lady behind the counter took one from the back which didn't look great to give to us. Egg rolls 1/10: since the banh mi was reheated I hoped these would be reheated as well but it wasn't. So we waited to go home to pop them in the oven and it tasted fine. It has a strong pepper taste.While waiting for the food from behind the glass, I was browsing the food they had on display outside for self service and wanted to try their banh bo but didn't want to bother the lady once again to pay. We went down the strip to get more food elsewhere. Overall, food was not fresh nor good. Service was not good.

Turn over rate is low at this bakery compared to others so you'll find items like this. Moldy sponge cake topped with a layer of fungus !!!
