It's ok if you in a rush, don't let the lack of decor scare you off as it did me a few times until I finally got the courage to order shrimp fried rice, I can see the cook whipping it up and that's the only reason I tried it. Oh and no surprise it's zero heat in the winter time like majority Carryout Chinese food

Been ordering from here for years... Now it's just bad, bad, bad... Called to let them know they sent wrong food, they fought me on the phone and said that's what I ordered... I kept the wrong food, but from this point on, I will order elsewhere... Can't believe the bad service I got on the phone... So rude... The food has gotten as bad as the service as well... I'm done... Won't order from here again.

The sweet and sour chicken was the normal fast food Chinese variety with a reasonable portion size for the lunch price.Strangely the Vegetable egg roll appears to have ground pork in it. Not a problem for omnivores, but peculiar given the name.The fried rice was really just rice with a little egg mixed in.

Inconsistent, they must have several different people doing the cooking on certain days. Like the egg rolls but the Kung Pao chicken is disgusting, sticky with cornstarch, fatty, and flavorless. Moo shu chicken is okay, as is beef with broccoli. Sometimes it's good, sometimes awful. So disappointing. Need to drive to Rockville, I guess!

First time ordering from this place on Uber eats. Boy did I wish I knew I could order direct. Best Chinese food in Bethesda! Easy delivery, perfect egg rolls. The chicken and broccoli was absolutely perfect excited to order again from them soon!!!

Unfortunately, as with most Americanized Asian places, they are not competing with other Asian restaurants/carry-outs, so they give the formula fast food ethnic "cuisine". The sauce in the Spicy Eight Treasures cannot be cherished, with too much sugar, some chemical tasting flavor, and limited spiciness, thinned out with water and stretched in texture with corn starch that probably came from a jar.I was glad to see they had a fresh button mushroom, but I would have been thrilled if they gave me 4.I'm sure they don't bring the leftovers home.NOTE: Back in the day, Chinese food was considered some of the healthiest ethnic cuisines out there (except for the MSG), even the Americanized version. With America's obsession of larger portions and sweetenings of foods, it is a shame Chinese carryouts followed it, instead of staying to their cultural and culinary standards and simply saying, "hey, this is how we eat, and if you wish to enjoy it, we're happy you will join us." But they, or their suppliers followed the bend to nutritional hell for us and said, "it's America".

Needs updating inside. The food was all bland. I got the steamed dumplings and had zero flavor. The chicken with black bean sauce was disgusting and it did not look like black bean sauce. It had a handful of black beans in it. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
