Went there for lunch today. We were seated immediately the atmosphere was relaxed and great service. LOVED the Thai soup! It was excellent. The Szechwan Shrimp was OK. I will come back but order another dish.

When I went in on farther's day and saw only one party in the whole place, I should have left. The place is huge nicely decorated. I knew there was a reason I don't go there. I went on yelp and I had did a review a few years ago. I paid $22.85 for chicken egg foo young, and vegetarian's delight. All was awful. The party that was there asked for ice sweet tea, and they are too cheap to make sweet tea it was unsweetened.The chicken egg foo young had no chicken and they supplied three large patties with a small quantity of gravy. The vegetables was full of salty soy sauce and no mix vegetables only broccoli and anther cheap white nasty vegetable, loaded with onions. Too much sodium. Service was fast.

Food is not good so this was a waste of my time coming here. I haven't eaten Chinese food in forever and maybe is should have kept it that way. Because the need lo mein was so greasy which made my stomach hurt. Then while I was waiting I got a planters rum drink which was suppose to be rum and different juices. But what I got was rum and just orange just...Smdh never again...food terrible drinks not represented what the menus said. Note to self stay eaten healthy stay away from food like this'

It's been a while since I've eaten here and I wonder why? I came here for a lunch break and ordered Beef Low Mein with Egg Drop soup. It was tasty! The lunch portion was pretty decent and I was able to take leftovers home. I wish I ordered it with something other than plain white rice though. The egg drop soup tasted like... egg drop soup. It had a nice consistency, not too watery, and had a good amount of egg in there - Tip: add a bit of soy sauce for a depth of flavor!

House of Chou is a pretty good Chinese food restaurant! Overall the food was satisfactory and the portions were large. The hot and sour soup was delicious, the crispy beef was good but a little too sweet, and their drunken noodle was good. But it definitely wasn't drunken noodle- it was more Chinese rather than Thai. (Obviously) we ordered takeout and the person on the phone was nice. Overall very good- not the BEST but ok!

First time order...online...they open at 11 on Saturday. My order was meant to be ready at 11:15. I considered ordering delivery, but I was in a time crunch. I fight the parking lot and get there around 11:20. My online order was not put through. I was told I would have to wait. I declined. I did not want the order because I had to be somewhere soon. Apparently, it was not cancelled. I never got my food. However, over an hour and fifteen minutes after I placed my order, and at least forty minutes after I was supposed to receive it, I got a text saying it was ready. I called and all I got were apologies. I was still charged. Incompetent staff. I will never order again...and I hope you don't make my mistake. I am VERY upset. I will report it to my bank/cc company.I have called since, but, apparently, my number is blocked. I was always polite. Now I am angry for the incompetence.

When I saw the other reviews, I had to write one & I NEVER do. If you're like me and take reviews very seriously, believe me when I say I love this place. It's my fav restaurant to go to and get so excited anytime some brings it up. Let's get the facts: Pros- HUGE portions - like seriously Decent prices Efficient customer service Food is so tasty ( I drool for the beef lomein & general tsos) Super quick Cons- The bar is lacking - don't go to get good drinks There's so much food I have too many leftovers

Walk in for take out food. Simple and courteous staffer. Food was ready with in 10 minutes. Hot and fresh I ordered the Orange Chicken (wish it was a tad bit ). flavor was delicious, I will definitely order from them again. The ambiance of the restaurant looked amazing
