Hot Spot

Great hot pot place with a variety of meats and veggie options. The service was pretty fast as they brought out our items soon after we ordered. Our server checkin on us frequently and made sure to refill our broths whenever it got low. Absolutely loved the drinks for the Halloween special. I was able to try the Jell-O shots and the blood bag. Both were fun drinks and made our time at hot spot more fun. Definitely a great place to hangout with friends or a date.

My friend took me out for my birthday dinner and because I always have a craving for hot pot we went to Hot Spot.It was not busy for a Monday evening, but they were very slow at bringing our orders out. By the time we made our sauce and our soups were boiling, they still have not brought out the meat. We had to flag a server down two separate times to remind them, which was a bit annoying.The wall decor made the interior appear modern, but the barriers in between tables made the place look dull and cramped. Overall, the food quality and service were mediocre compared to other AYCE hot pot places.

Neat place where you have your own self service burners to boil your broth and cook at the table. The mushroom broth was good. Vegetables were fresh. There wasn't a lot of sauces to pick from. The proteins that they give are in small portions esiecually shrimp and scallops. Ambiance is okay, there was a stall where it was cordoned off with yellow tape like a crime scene, just looked messy for a dining place.

The unlimited hot pot provided great value for the money. We used a groupon deal. Note their dinner prices are all weekend. They offered high quality hot pot ingredients including thinly sliced prime ribeye beef, scallops, octopus, squid, king oyster mushrooms along with all the staples like puffed tofu, fish balls, and a variety of vegetables and noodles. They also had a self serve build your own sauce station. The scallops tasted slightly fishy and too blanch since they arrived in a frozen block but other than that all the ingredients were delicious. Much easier than shopping and prepping at home.

Initially a 5/5 for the price, consistent service, variety of food and taste but I had a pretty bad stomachache for a few hours after, so lowering it to a 4/5. I probably just ate something bad, rip.DINNER - 32.99I got the SHABU SHABU BROTH soup base, which was lightly salted and flavorful. I definitely drank lots of the broth throughout because the veggies and meats only added more flavor to it. I would recommend giving all the meats, seafoods, starches and vegetables a try if possible. Our table of four tried more than half of the available items, but I'll list my recommendations:+ PRIME RIBEYE BRISKET+ FATTY BRISKET+ LAMB+ QUAIL EGGS+ FISH TOFU+ DUMPLINGS - super tiny, lol, like you can eat 4-5 in one bite+ SQUID - great texture!+ WIDE VERMECELLI - loved the chewy texture+ WATERCRESS - we got lots of this+ ENOKI MUSHROOM+ NAPA+ BOKCHOY+ WOODEAR MUSHROOM+ LOTUS ROOTWe also enjoyed the sauce bar greatly! I mixed some savory sesame paste with heaps of minced garlic and chopped scallions. Definitely a mild combo that went well with everything.We had a Groupon (pay 18.00 to get 30.00 off) which saved a couple bucks per person, given that we had a party of 9. The AYCE experience is two hours long, which was more than enough for us. We all ate until we were very full and satisfied.

I was somewhat disappointed with the food here, especially considering I'm a avid hot pot eater. While the pork belly had good flavor and quality, the pricier meat options were sliced excessively thin, almost to the point of falling apart. Despite being an all-you-can-eat establishment, I expected thicker cuts for the price. The family hotpot we ordered was tasty, but there were some issues:-Several items we ordered never arrived, even after multiple requests to the waitress.-When we asked for a soup refill, they simply added hot water, diluting the original flavors and colors.Overall, the quality of the food didn't match the positive reviews. The additional charge for the pot broth felt unwarranted, as it tasted unpleasant and the meat wasn't fresh. Additionally, the food choices were limited. While the waitress was friendly, she seemed overwhelmed, resulting in slower service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.Also on a side note - the manager kept bugging my friend about trying to get a job there. He said he remembered when she first applied but that was like.. 3 years ago when she did.

The service was very thorough! There is a lot to choose from on the menu so ask questions! There was lots of seating options as well. Bathrooms were very clean and there is an area if you just need to wash your hands!Amazing options to choose from. The meat and seafood tasted fresh and the option to have two types of broth was lovely!The cocktails looked good on Instagram too!

Outstanding service from Joseph! From the moment we sat down, Joseph was very attentive and friendly. Everything was fresh, and we would definitely return!

Decent price, especially during lunch hours. Quality, consistency, and variety of products and dipping sauces are all solid.

Went a few weeks ago for a ladies lunch! It was a fun experience. Our waiter wasn't super helpful in choosing things.. but I just went with it and enjoyed what we picked. The sauce bar is great... so many options to add to your hot pot! The food was really tasty.. however it is a pricey meal... so come really hungry!
