Honestly worst breakfast sandwich I've ever had, but the place is super cool and I bet their other food is good. Back to the sandwich, I got one Togo and it immediately stunk up my car with the smell of coffee, I don't like coffee so there was none in my car but others would've liked that, the egg had no salt or pepper on it so it was a flat sponge, their was 2x as much cheese as egg and it was kraft American which is gross, and the everything bagel only tasted like burnt onion. On another side note this place is so hard to find, it's in the WWF building but tucked in a corner, they should have a sign somewhere. So all in all skip breakfast and go straight for lunch when going there.

Wonderful little cafe if you work in Foggy Bottom. The breakfast sandwiches are only a few dollars making them a great option for rushed mornings. Best lunch pick is the Hummus Veggie Wrap. Packed full of healthy Mediterranean ingredients like lettuce, tomato, cucumber and feta, this wrap is a guilt-free lunch option you can come back to day after day.

Located in the World Wildlife Building, this little deli is the jam. It has an awesome variety of sandwiches and even some salads. My fave: the reuben, philly cheesesteak, and chicken salad sandwich. They also carry a wide range of healthy snacks! And if it's a hot day, come in for a smoothie. The lovely couple that owns it are friendly and their staff is quick. Everyone at the office comes to the deli during lunch hour so it's quite popular.

I love this place! Friendly staff, delicious and fresh food, lots of variety, and relatively inexpensive given the neighborhood. What more could you ask for?

Fresh coffee is on at 2pm! The bagels and fresh cream cheeses are always delicious! My office mate refers to their sandwiches as miracles! The WWF building is so lucky to have the Honey Tree Deli!

Went by on a whim due to the close location to the Fairmont. The map shows a different entrance. Once you walk out of the Fairmont take a left and the building is next door. Walk up the steps and walk up another short flight of stairs. The deli is a hole in the wall located on the right. I ordered a turkey egg and cheese, a strawberry banana smoothie, a toasted bagel with butter, and a bottled lemonade all for $16. Only down side was the eggs were microwaved but my son didn't seem to notice. For the price and the location in DC it's hard to purchase anything inexpensive and delicious. I will be back tomorrow for breakfast again.

Was next door at the Fairmont and ran here 2/5 days for lunch. I had the chicken Caesar wrap which was excellent. It can be a bit hard to find- in the WEF building go up the steps and it's tucked into a tiny little almost closet size space in the far right corner. No room to eat in the inside but for grabbing and running back to hotel it was perfect. Very friendly and obviously run by a family

This little deli is as good as it gets when it comes to small delis located within large office buildings. They have the best coffee in the morning (Lavazza brand) that is always hot, they offer delicious bagels with a select variety of cream cheeses (the veggie cream cheese is especially good with freshly sliced veggies), a delightful selection of sandwiches for lunch, and they always have a new and interesting batch of snacks (for both the health conscious and the super-snackers) and bottled beverages ranging from Juices, teas, sodas, protien drinks, craft ginger beers, and bottled sparkling/still water. Unlike a larger deli, you are always greeted warmly by Mr. Lee and his teammates. The hours of this deli are geared towards serving the work hours of the WWF Building so they open about 6:30am and close around 4pm. Their price points are great too. A small breakfast including a toasted bagel and medium coffee runs between $4 and $6 depending on what type of bagel and toppings, and a good lunch with a drink, chips, and sandwich is usually ~$10. I also like how easy and fast it is to pay for your lunch here since they use the Square payment system. I get my receipts emailed to me and it has never taken more than 20 seconds to pay for my lunch (seriously, they are so fast). The tenants of the WWF Building are so very lucky to have the Honey Tree Deli as our newest fellow tenant.

HTD is an office worker's best friend. It has hot coffee all day (without the Sbucks prices), bfast sammies, muffins, and very good lunch ones. Anything you have a desire for HTD has it in stock. Need a break from your desk, pay it a visit
