Ahhh I've been looking for a place that sells Bo Ne since I've had it a long time ago in Vietnam and I haven't been able to find a place until I discovered Hoang Viet!!! There's also a Huong Viet in Eden Center as well so don't get the two confused. We ordered a Bo Ne and Bun Bo Hue when we went and I would highly recommend coming here and getting the Bo Ne! It comes out a sizzling hot plate and has an egg sunny side up, beef, pate, and a fishball with a side of veggies and a baguette to dip all the goodness in. Tip: dip the bread in all of the delicious sauce. I don't know where they get the bread from but it's perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. As for the Bun Bo Hue, it was just alright. It wasn't too flavorful or spicy and leaned more on the sweet side in my opinion? I wouldn't get it again as there are probably better options in Eden Center. However, highly recommend coming here to get Bo Ne so definitely give it a try!! Still dreaming about this dish!!

Food is great, service is great, space is dark and moody with comfortable booths to sit in. Do beware that it is CASH ONLY. While I really enjoyed the food as you'll see below, my group was not aware that it was cash only until we sat down and ordered. Luckily we had just enough to cover it and $2 extra so we left that as "tip". Service was good overall. About 3 different people took our orders, served our food, then cleared the table. Unfortunately at the end, a worker stopped me while I was coming back from the bathroom and said "Is that all the tip you're leaving? That's not enough" he then shook his head and exhaled unhappily. I responded that "unfortunately that's all I have in cash sir". This is what knocked a 5 star to a 3 star review. There was a manager or other person who told him to "let it be and it's okay" to console him. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and made our otherwise fantastic meal extremely sour. I'd suggest the team be mindful of people without cash and consider offering payment by card, Venmo, zelle, etc to make it more flexible for traveling/visiting customers. Food is 5/5. I think this is one of the better, well rounded Viet restaurants in the area. From my group I enjoyed these entrees in the following order:- squid onion chilli lemongrass saute with rice: very flavorful and delicious! I would get this again. - hu tieu (I ordered this on a different occasion): great flavor and a personal favorite - shrimp sugarcane and grilled meat vermicelli noodle bowl: shrimp sugarcane is juicy, bowl is well balanced and flavorful!- pho: good, clear broth that I'd eat again - banh uot: good overall- banh canh cua: they used good real crab, but it could have used more flavor, it felt a bit too one dimensional

Of all the amazing Vietnamese option in Eden Center, there is only one that serves Bo Ne! Bo Ne is served in a sizzling plate with steak, pate, meatball, an egg, and the most flavorful sauce. The plate is served with a bowl of lettuce, onion, and tomatoes along with a baguette, on one visit we even saw a server walk back from a bakery inside the mall with a massive bag of freshly made baguettes! The best way to eat it is by tearing off a piece of bread then dip it in the sauce and scoop up a piece of meat/egg to make a perfect bite. Aside from the Bo Ne, we have also tried their Bun Bo Hue which was mediocre. Other restaurants in Eden Center definitely have better Bun Bo Hue. The restaurant itself is pretty small but there are a few tables outside in the mall. Overall, you can't go wrong ordering the Bo Ne here and that's honestly all you need!

Ordered on DoorDash, immediately upon opening the bag of food, I noticed a bug in the herbs. Makes me wonder what else is lurking in the food.

Wow. Ordered delivery because I was rooted to my desk for work. I got the Pho Ga because I wanted to stay safe the first time from a restaurant. The package I received was such a cozy fall lunch (really enough for two lunches) I have to give it five stars. I had pulled out a big bowl to pour it into but the delivery bowl was so nice I just did it in there. The veggies and broth were enough to fill that big bowl twice and then some. I have had some great pho before but the smell of this broth, with its perfect seasoning that filled my office with the delicious scent of warming spices... it blew my expectations away. Looking forward to the next time I order this amazing pho.

We had come to Eden Center looking for Bun Bo Hue and Bun Rieu. After looking through various social media posts, we finally decided to try this place as it had many good reviews. Located on the side of the plaza closer to Arlington Blvd, there are two entrances. One is through the "mall" entrance on the side while the other is via the sidewalk. The restaurant is quite small but there is ample seating. The food came out very quickly starting with the fresh plates of veggies and garnishes. This was my first time trying the Bun Rieu and Bun Bo Hue and both were tasty. Bun Rieu: Tomato meat soup flavored with shrimp paste and fish sauce served with fried tofu, pork/crab meatballs, vietnamese cold cut, blood cubes and rice noodles. Garnished with green onions, cilantro and fried shallots. Served with a plate of bean sprouts, lime and mint. The broth was light and not acidic. This was my first time having blood cubes and the texture was very smooth, however, I do not recommended biting it as it was very iron-y. The noodles were very thin and I wish they were slightly thicker. Bun Bo Hue: Spicy meaty broth flavored with chilis, lemongrass, shallots, garlic, and fish sauce served with rice noodles, blood cubes, vietnamese cold cuts, beef balls, pork hock, and brisket. Garnished with shaved white onions, green onions and cilantro. Served with a plate of bean sprouts, lime, shredded cabbage, mint and vietnamese mint. The broth is the complete opposite of the bun rieu, it was meatier and very savory. There is more meat in this soup that the bun rieu. I personally found this to be very heavy but my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed it.

This smol restaurant was tucked away in one of the plazas in Eden Center. The beef broth was very flavorful and delicious. The meat however was thick and chewy - not my favorite. I also wish they gave more broth in the pho bc the noodle to broth ratio was off. Idk if I would come back because the pho was just okay priced at $15 before tax and tip - especially taking into account the small and run down interior vibe.

The BO'Ne is legit good. This take viet/bahn mi to another level. It's basically an assortment of meats on a hot plate. I keep on getting this every time I come here. Service is quick and friendly. Place is kinda small, but doesn't get too packed. Bun Bo Heu was ok. It's on the lighter non spicy side.

Awesome Pho with a broth that is sooo good. Don't forget to try the tendon or tripe options, they are delicious. Small family owned and operated which is nice too.
