OMG!!! Tried this truck today and had the tofu tacos....amazing!! If I ever see this truck outside again I'll run with open arms, tongue out, anticipating the flavorful taste of good eats! The tacos come with their house sauce, however I noticed they had a spicy version, so opted for that. I love spice...this wasn't too spicy...in fact it complimented the tacos very nicely. Yum yum yum!For my drink I had the strawberry lemonade...although a little pricey, I enjoyed ever sip! Can't wait to go back!

I was not a fan. I ordered the chicken entree with noodles and the lime/garlic sauce on the side. The chicken was very dry (tasted overcooked). The noodles were ok but kinda stuck together. I'm glad I picked up some siracha sauce on the side - only saving grace. The customer service was great and I really wanted to like this truck, but I didn't enjoy my meal :(

After a long shift, had to hit up a good ol' food truck. It was a man and a woman running the show, with the man cooking. There was no long line and the woman recommended the grilled salmon platter. I could have gotten it with rice noodles but I chose the jasmine rice. It took up to 10 minutes for my food to be done. It was well worth it. I loved the vegetables in the platter and the salmon was cooked to perfection.

They visited my hospital at children's national, so I decided to try them out. I loved their shrimp tacos. Enough flavor and crunch with each bite only to leave me satisfied. I would definitely try other options on the menu, but the tacos are a great starter if you haven't tried out this food truck before.

Wow! 4.5 stars. Healthyfool showed up at State Department today - first time I've ever seen them, and of course, have to turn to trusty Yelp for an opinion. Average review of 4 stars? Worth a try, and soup (either pho or the bon bo hue) was sounding delicious.I've never had bon bo hue, so decided to try that (chicken). I was extremely impressed. Good size portion, spicy, tasty broth (not too oily, either), and chicken that wasn't super dry and actually seasoned. I loved the blend of spices - I could have actually eaten the soup by itself with no sriacha. Noodles were cooked well and there was a nice mix of onions (green and white) and cilantro. Why not 5 stars? There were giant chunks of green peppers that I had to eat around. I realize they were necessary to make the broth taste as good as it did, but I just really dislike green peppers.I look forward to trying more of their menu!

I got three chicken taco dadas and they were good, but missed in just a few ways. First, the sauce somewhat overpowered the chicken, which wasn't bad, but just a bit weird. I would have liked to have some marinade or seasoning of the chicken itself so it stood out a bit. Second, the sauce was cold and cold enough that the whole taco was just barely warm--if that--by the time I ate at my office a few minutes later. The actual flavors (pineapple, spicy sauce, and lime) were really nice and went well together, it could have just used some savory seasoning on the chicken to balance it out and to have been served hot.

I was very disappointed with the place. I've come here for pho that was good but I was super let down with the food I ordered today. I ordered the Chicken entree with jasmine rice and veggies. The chicken was super dry and lacked flavor. I only paid $9.90 but I felt like I wasted my money and time. Won't be back

Love this food truck! Had two great experiences with them. Firstly, I would like to say thank you for coming to Children's Hospital for our Tasty Tuesday and Food Truck Friday events! You have no idea how grateful staff and families are that you come a provide such excellent food. Getting food to this area can be stressful due to the long waiting, how expensive delivery can be, and drivers getting lost. If anyone trying the truck I would recommend the shrimp tacos (taco dada style) and the beef bun no hue.

Bun bo hue from Healthy Fool was the remedy to my cold that I was battling for a week. The broth is flavorful, the spiciness was just right, and the portions were generous for the price I paid ($11), especially compared to other food trucks. I have high expectations from bun bo hue because my mother-in-law is from the Hue province of Vietnam and she can make a mean bowl of BBH!I liked how the man who was running the truck asked me for a spice level (from 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest) and was super friendly throughout the whole experience. With soup, your order comes with a bag of bean sprouts, lime, and jalapeno slices for you to add into your meal. In addition to pho and BBH, they also have appetizer rolls, grilled meats/veggies over rice/noodles, and tacos.
