So happy I live less than 2 miles from these guys. BEST chicken souvlaki and fries I've ever had.

The end of an era. Born in New England, raised in this area, looks like this restaurant will close in March. Am really sad to hear this. Does anyone else remember the nice construction man, who was a regular here back in the day? He'd always have his own table, a cold one, with a meal. Kind to all staff and patrons. Our family and friends have always enjoyed this spot, and will show up before the closing date. I don't know all what is on the petition, but I hope they can stay open. Don't know the link, but it's on Change.Org, and hope you'll consider signing it. From what I understand, it's showing support to this family owned restaurant.A quaint place. The pizzas are quite good. Also have to like the Greek specialties! Delicious subs. Wonderful family and staff run this place well. It's an institution of Fairfax. Please stop in if you can, as you don't want to miss the experience. Those red chairs and small charming building, there's a lot to like about this restaurant.

Walked into Old Fairfax and tried Havabite for Linner(lunch n dinner) beers and a glass of wine. We started with hummus and veggie plate and wow the hummus is amazing and the veggies were very fresh..The wife had the veggie pita w/fries and I had the mushroom burger with light/provolone and fries. I thought it was strange that they didnt ask me how I wanted my burger cooked. It did not matter, the burger was cooked perfectly. Oh my the fries were so good..I must say I ate the entire plate..glad we walked home, I needed those 10,000 steps. Great service and food was good..Thank You so much HavabitWent back last night..the pizza was da-bombiggitty...of course the French fries were amazeballs, best in town!

Came here with friends for lunch on a weekday and we sat outside... they have a nice side alley area with umbrellas and tables to enjoy on nice days. They also offer full service out there. The menu is the typical Mediterranean menu... Gyros, salads, other items. Service was very friendly. The food was really good. Plating needed a little help though. The Greek salad had random white onions on top which really didn't belong there. Otherwise, the grilled chicken on top was very flavorful and amazing!Overall, it was a nice visit... Definitely would recommend.

Their chicken souvlaki is so good!! My brother stuck to the basic and got a BLT but he still e joyed it as we were catching up. The red wine paired with the souvlaki meshed well :-) This place is nice for a nice little lunch/special treat. It's cute inside and the staff are kind. It's kind of a little cozy home like space with delicious dishes!

Delicious food - Mousaka was unique. Didn't have a baschamel sauce but nevertheless was incredibly easy to down in 120 seconds flat. The bread with oil vinegar and bits of feta cheese was a highly strategic way to divert my attention from the Mousaka. Their rice pudding for dessert is also phenomenal. Definitely a hidden gem in Fairfax City!

Small little place but big tasting food! Stopped on a Saturday late afternoon, place was half full, service was on point. Gyros were amazing and fries were done perfect. Carbonara was delicious. Avgolemono soup was just ok, great lemon flavor but not very thick.

Don't be fooled by the way this place looks. The food is amazing. Three of us were walking around and we came upon this place. We decided to try it and boy were we happy we did! Everything was delicious. Will definitely be back!!

Great food...my husband and I love the Greek pizza and calzones. We usually order carry out and our food is always fresh. Staff is friendly too!

This is a small local restaurant that definitely gives the vibe of a local mom and pop shop. Its clean and comfortable, but decor and aesthetics are not really what you come here for.Service is good. Our drinks were always refilled. Everyone was pleasant and nice. They got our orders within minutes of us sitting down. Food came out fast. No complaints.Food.1. Greek Combo Plate 5/5- Baba Ganoush was sooo good. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Pita was warm when it came out.2. Gyro Sandwich on Pita Bread 5/5- The lamb was so good. It was well seasoned and cooked with enough char giving it great flavor.3. Baked Meat Lasagna with Mozzarella Cheese- Very good. One of the best lasagnas we've had. It definitely tastes home made with the chunky sauce. Comes with bread to scoop all the sauce when youre done with the pasta.4. Baklava- Its made with walnuts. At least I didnt taste the pistachio but it was still very good. It wasnt overly sweet. My husband loved it.5. Rice Pudding- Its orange flavor, and although I am not an orange fan this was my favorite. It was so good especially on a very hot day.I have no complaints with the food. The food were alllllll amazing. Im excited to come back and try other things on the menu. Cost: We spent $70 for 2 people without tip, but we also ordered appz, 2 full mains and 2 desserts. So $35 per person.Overall, my husband and I decided this is our new favorite Greek Italian restaurant and we rank it as "will travel out of our way to eat here".
