Definitely NOT hiding in plain sight. In fact, if the GF hadn't stumbled across Grazie Nonna a few months back, when she dined at SHOTO without me.. Lol, we probably would have missed out. Talk about up in the cut, in a breezeway surrounded by office buildings and condos.. Da*n! Grazie Mille is a speakeasy restaurant, which means, there's no sign.. So if you don't know you just don't know! You have to enter Grazie Nonna, ask the host and she'll direct you to the secret hallway! :)Being a lover of Speakeasys, I was thrilled to try Grazie Mille for the first time. We chose to kick it at the bar and take advantage of the HH menu, which was just OK. I'll definitely get a table next time!! We had a couple HH drinks and the cheeseburger, but ordered the Frito Misto and the Flat Iron steak off the regular menu. Everything was great! The place itself is super sexy with a cool azz vibe. The outdoor patio looked like a place I'd like to hang out extensively in the warmer months, and I WILL!!I guess I'm letting the secret out about a place that's supposed to be HUSH HUSH.. sorry, not sorry...LOL!

Friend made a reservation for 630p on a Saturday. Venue is about 2.5. Blocks from Farragut north. Limited street parking, but also garage parking across from ShotoIf you walk past Shoto, look for Nona grazie in the courtyard. Get to grazie Millie by walking down either alley side of Nona, it's behind itWe were seated near the door on the most windiest and cold December night, so I stayed a little chilly. Music and was loud and a bit overbearing. Each table were all shouting to each other to talk .Happy hour at the bar only 5-7 for those interested.Beautiful, old money emerald green decor inside My guest orders his food first . Since I didn't see that the menu was trifold. I ask for the waiter to come back in two mins. We had to hunt him down nearly 10 mins later for me to order mine. Friend did not like his burger or friesI has the chicken butter entree. Does not come with any sides, but it was flavored well and didn't need anything extra added. I nearly choked on one of those green things tho. Literally struggled a bit to try and pull it out if my throat. Good lawd, I almost didn't make it to see 2025 hehe. So don't eat these!Strong island was delish A dj was setting up vinyl records to play as we leftCool date spot. I would not visit on the regular however

This place is a whole vibe! IYKYK! Well once you find it that is. I visited for the first time a few nights ago. It was suggested by a friend. I liked that recommendation. It gives "speakeasy" and is upscale. Definitely my vibe! They're linked to Grazie Nonna. In fact when I tried to put Grazie Mille in Waze, it didn't even show up! It was a busy Saturday night so the inside was packed and standing room only. We opted to do the outdoor firepit seating. It was worth it. Service was great! The manager went above and beyond! We shared a pizza and it was delicious. The drinks are great here. I can't wait to visit again. This place is perfect for a girls night out or a date night!

If you want to play hide and seek for a restaurant, this is the one to play the game with! My Big Spoon is adventurous so for happy hour on Wednesday we decided to meet after work before heading to the boondocks. Having never been here before, I did notice Shotõ near by and the navigation was showing the restaurant was near there. The last time I dined at Shotõ I happen to walk through the area to get my food corn (no corn replace the c with a p) addiction out. I literally love walking to look at near by restaurants because that is what foodies do! I remember seeing Grazie Nonna but Grazie Mille nope, couldn't remember seeing it. I took a chance and walked into Grazie Nonna and the look on my face must have been telling because the sweet girl said, "are you looking for our sister restaurant, Grazie Mille?" I just smiled and she pointed me to the green exit sign where I walked right into the restaurant! ***Note to others- there is an entrance just walk on the opposite side of Nonna, or walk through.***Ambiance is sleek, dim, speakeasy vibe, upscale with chandeliers even on the patio. People are coming from work so attire is casual but you can be bougie and dress up! Let's get into it!Happy Hour Menu is limited but decent. Frito Misto - YUMMERS! Calamari and Shrimp is perfect! Happy Hour Burger - Small but GOOD! Has a secret sauce, ate every bite. Flat Iron - Good!Drinks - Perfect! Definitely coming back in the Spring, and letting all my co-workers know about this! Love, love, love! High Five to my Big Spoon for another good pick! Alexa play Your love is King by Sade for the Big Spoon!

If you are in DC, go here! The secretive, vibe, the dark, cozy seductive feeling here is a great place to be with close friends, or a perfect date option! I love how the Dj is vinyl record, it really sets the mood, the music options are perfect! It can't get a little loud with the music, however, I do feel like this is the vibe of the restaurant. Management is at all-time high, we had a situation happen where we were not attended by our server for 30 minutes. However, the management and the host were able to turn our experience around in a blink of an eye. We really felt appreciated, welcomed and adored here. The drinks are phenomenal. The entrée options were a 10 out of 10. Even the burger was a perfect choice!

Everything was 10 out of 10! This is probably the second restaurant in DC where I could say I've enjoyed everything. We came here and pretty much ordered the entire menu lol. The bruschetta was so fresh and yummy. We loved the crispy artichokes, frito misto, Millie chop salad and the table side Caesar were all chef's kiss! Love the ambiance, so sexy, swanky with a nice touch of elegance but still an inviting environment. Great service, the staff checked on us throughout our reservation and were readily available for service or to answer questions.

First time here and definitely will not be my last. We first went to the wrong entrance and it was Grazie Noona then we were walked over to Grazie Mille and I was impressed right from the start with the ambiance and decor. Then to hear a DJ playing vinyls was icing on the cake. The food was great from the salad, I got the salmon and my boyfriend got the steak with the potatoes. I didn't care for the spinach so much. The drinks were good. The service was great. Our server was very attentive. The whole staff was attentive for that matter. Will definitely get back.

Finally visited and it was very nice aesthetically! A little dark inside for my liking. The waiter was friendly and the drinks were good. The fries were tasty and so was the fried shrimp. I didn't try the calamari.

Such a cute, swank restaurant. The hosts "sho sho" ( I think that's how it's spelt) greeted me with a smile & was so accommodating and polite! I was sat in Christine section and she was a delight. I started with the Paloma! Very delish! For starters I had the beef tartare. Initially, I did think the consistency was a little runny however it was yummy! The serving size is enough for 2 as well. For my main dish I had the flank stank, med rare. Now this isn't the place where you have to order your steak at the temp prior so it rest to your preference. I ordered the garlic butter enhancement and the waiter comes over & melts it for ya. There's also a live dj playing vinyls. The music is the perfect sound to hear the music yet enjoy great convo with your friends. I will definitely be back.

I loved the food. The Calamari and Burrata hit the spot and by themselves were enough for a late night meal. Pizza was also good to go.
