Grace's is a fantastic Asian fusion restaurant with an elegant flair that sets it apart. The atmosphere is refined yet inviting, making it a great spot for a special night out. The menu offers a creative blend of flavors, delivering a dining experience that feels both luxurious and comforting.I tried the lobster fried rice, which, while pricey at $70, came in a generous portion and was perfectly seasoned. Each bite was rich and flavorful, making it a worthwhile indulgence. To accompany my meal, I had a lychee martini--my go-to cocktail at any Asian restaurant. It was beautifully crafted, with the delicate sweetness of lychee reminiscent of a ripe Bosc pear. The light, refreshing flavor was the perfect complement to the meal. I did not capture an image of my meal, however go and check it out . Stellar customer service , all of the staff were pleasant friendly and efficient , I was in a party of ten and they handled the task well.

The food is mediocre and bland for the price. I was not a fan of the items I ordered. They put all their pricing in the decor but the food ingredients don't feel like quality. I feel faked out lol. Walking in you're like "WOW" then you get the food. To start I ordered the crab ragoons. I wouldn't recommending trying this as an appetizer. It's one of the pricier apps. It's like a puff pastry with shredded American cheddar on top and the flavors just taste off. I ordered the surf and turf and the plating wasn't great. Portions were fairly tiny, and the pricing was pricey. I think the MKTPC for surf and turf was $56. You get 4 flat thin pieces of baby lamb chops, 1 cup of very dry brown rice and quinoa mix (the microwave bagged kind that you can get from the grocery store). The broccoli was cooked fairly good. The crab cake was fairly tiny as well you get one and that taste alright. I will say the crab cake was definitely better than what you get with the lamb chops. The plating also comes with some sort of whipped cheese/butter? Which in my opinion didn't compliment the other items on the plate. They could've gone with something a bit more saucy. I was very sad to find out they didn't have quality tea here. This spot feels so ceremonial when you walk in, plus most good high end Asian spots serve good hot teas typically. This spot does not. The service was the only thing I liked here. Staff were very kind. I don't think I'd come here again to be honest

Grace's Mandarin is great if you are craving Asian-Chinese food but is the price worth? It depends. For me, this is very close to the Gaylord Hotel. For those who go to conventions like I do, it is a no brainer to check this place out. Maybe the price is for the convience of being right next to the convention center itself but for some on a budget that can be a tough sell.I unfortunately did not take a picture of the menu or the interior, I will have to give points that there is a lot going on here and it is aesthetically pretty. I don't remember much about the menu but there's options for classic chinese dishes, sushi, chef specialities, and of course a drink menu.I went really basic and got dumplings and chicken fried rice. I know that's a bit odd to get but I was really hungry at the time and it felt right to get.Service was actually great, and the waiters were attentive. They checked up on us and refilled our waters so I can say that it was great.Walking out with a $37 dollar bill + tip... it's very tough to come back unless I'm with a group.

I'd heard great things, but always forgot about this place because it's tuck away in the corner of the National Harbor. I came for happy hour and was very impressed with the service and food. The restaurant is extravagantly decorated and a bit crowded with decor, but the ambiance is nice. Happy Hour pricing is pretty reasonable and they had lots of food and cocktail options. We ordered wings, edamame, chicken karaage, shrimp and veggie spring rolls, some sushi and fish bites. All of the food tasted very fresh, was very flavorful and came out pretty quickly. Ando was our server and he was very nice. We ended with one of their cheesecakes for dessert and it was also very delicious! I'll be back for sure.

Some colleagues and I wanted to try out a close by restaurant and I found this one as it was only a 5 minute walk from our hotel and reviews seemed good enough so I decided to make a reservation and very glad we did. The ambiance is gorgeous and very welcoming. We were sat on the 2nd floor and had to go up the stairs which allows you to truly view the massive gold Buddha and get a better view of the space. The service and food were all great. You are given warm cleansing cloths before your meal which was a nice touch. We started with the chicken gyoza as our shared apps, very good, everyone enjoyed them. I had the Panang curry (mild) and it was delicious, especially the Malaysian crepes goes along with it. Everyone enjoyed their meals and all were good portions. It was my birthday and the group surprised me with an order of fried bananas with ice cream and it was a great way to end the delicious meal. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll def be back!

Go here for some good Chinese, beautiful decor and a fun scene on the water. Got here early on Saturday and was excited to see the $6 happy hour options on the menu so we ordered a bunch of items to try. The crowd was an anime crew which made it as exciting as Halloween with many different characters to look at. The servers were great with taking our order and not rushing us out. Loved the cauliflower, gyoza, crab cakes, friend rice. The sushi was ok but the seaweed tasted a little stronger than I typically would expect and it seemed like the soy sauce was watered down. Biggest issue was tiny...it Took forever to get a spoon and had to ask 3 people to finally be able to share the rice. Could have used a knife to cut the cauliflower too.

Unfortunately, this review has no food photos. I was so impressed by the interior and the beautifully decorated upstairs that I did not grab a photo of the food we got. We ordered to go fried rice along with the pork and tuna sushi. Some of the best and fresh tasting tuna sushi I've ever had it was absolutely delicious. The service was quick and everyone was so polite. I really enjoyed the infused water. It was refreshing and really cold. They also offered us warm hand towels to wipe our hands with. This was only my second time going to Grace's and the experience was just really nice. They have an elevator if you cannot walk up the stairs and the view from the second floor looking over the harbor is very peaceful. They have the restaurant decorated for Christmas so it's very festive in there and you could take some really great photos even when you're just getting dinner.

Quite an experience, indeed. We were a walk-in and they seated us right away. We're greeted by a lovely gentleman who was well knowledgeable about the menu and gave us a lot of suggestions. We decided on the surf and turf and the. Lobster, shrimp and scallops meal. We decided on a few drinks and definitely sipped from each other's cup until we were able to decide what was really good and what we wouldn't order again. To end the night we decided to go with a couple of green tea cocktails because they're just easier on the tastebuds. However, I do agree with what I read from someone else's post about the food being overpriced and not authentic mandarin food. From my entire meal, I ended up paying about $250 and that included tax and gratuity. The meats were delicious though, the lobster was fried nice and crispy, the vegetables tasted quite fresh and the rice was pretty nice as well. A real nice restaurant but it's more feels like a tourist trap so I wouldn't go back but for the experience that was experienced, it was quite well.

I used to love coming here. The ambience was nice and the food was good and I loved the view over the harbor. Came here recently and I am so sad to say the food was not good at all. Came at lunchtime and usually it was packed but today it was empty and I think I understood why. The service was good though and our waiter did his best to accommodate us, The food was just not fooding this day.

Came out to enjoy a girls evening and I was slightly disappointed by the fact that we were not able to sit outside and the server wasn't that friendly. but the food didn't disappoint and although the service was off, I have been here enough times to know that I can come back when smiling faces are there and my experience will be different.
