Five stars for the food. The food was great, although I personally found the portions to be small and pricey. The place is also self-service.

The food was delectable and exquisite. All the noodles are hand-made so fresh that you can watch them make it. The beef pulled noodles had succulent flavor and balanced spice. The beef itself was so tender, that it melts in your mouth. The dumplings were also delicious, but I suggest you take the paper off from the bottom as soon as possible. The Zha Jiang Mian was delightful, but I also suggest you get the thin noodles and mix it quickly and well after getting it. The boba in the drinks was the perfect consistency of chewy and soft with a good sweetness to it. The dirty brown sugar latte with boba was some of the best I've ever had. The lychee green tea had nice floral notes and a good balance of sweetness and a tea taste. The workers were very nice and fast. The atmosphere is nice with some Asian R&B playing in the background not too loud, plus there are bathrooms for the customers.

Located inside Wasai, Goncha is a taiwanese based tea franchise. They occupy the front counter, but share the order system with Wasai. Was about pass on the drinks, not wanting something cold and the system doesnt all you to order hot. Since we were waiting on Wasai good, I asked if they could make a hot taro. Friendly staff said absolutely, and he didn't know the system only offers cold. So I got a hot taro with coconut milk. Perfect for a chilly day!

I've had good experiences at other Gongchas, but this location is pretty abysmal. The bathroom here had feces smeared on the toilet seat which was an unwelcoming sight and the boba texture was weirdly inconsistent. One of the very few times I have failed to finish my drink. My drink also came with a dome lid instead of the preferred plastic sealed lid, which made transporting it less convenient. I did like the new pumpkin flavor milk tea and service was sufficient. Won't be coming back though

Ordered online trying to save time. Thought my drink would include boba since it's the same price as another drink with boba. It did not. My fault. At pickup asked if I could just buy boba. Explained to staff that I messed up while ordering. Staff gave me the look of "go fuck yourself" and told me no. Can't just buy some boba. There's no button for that. Tea was fine. Won't go back.

I hate giving bad reviews but honestly did not have a great experience with Gongcha Wasai. I ordered ahead of time through the app because I live Gong cha but I haven't ever been to this location. I ordered a dirty milk tea with almond milk substitute (which I paid $1.50 for). When I got there, I waited only a few minutes for my drinks to come out. The staff was friendly and gave me my drinks. I walked back to my car and started drinking the boba tea on my way home. Probably around 5 minutes later I started to feel sick and started to get stomach pains. I had other things planned but had to go home because the tea did not sit well with my stomach at all. There are two possibilities here: 1. They gave me regular milk instead of almond milk (I'm lactose intolerant) or 2. Something in the boba was bad/expired. I'm hoping they just gave me regular whole milk in my tea by accident and that it was not the other option. It honestly ruined my day and I won't be returning to that location.

The pan fried pork bun was hot and crispy on the bottom but COLD on the top.Pork soup dumplings were good and had plenty of soup inside. The spoons they give are too small for soup dumplings and questionable for noodle soup.Hand shaved noodles were good but a bit oily. There was no water available to customers
