Best fries ever, my favorite spot at the Ronald Reagan building they always fry it fresh upon order so you always get hot and crispy fries very generous with salt and ketchup and the staff are really nice too

I gave it a 4 just due to it being a good reasonable spot to get a burger in downtown DC. Just go into the building and take the elevators down. You have to go through security but worth it. There are 12 places or more to eat. Food was a 3 star.

Roller Coaster Pricing!So the menu here is very inconsistent. Food is average and I've had a few different items here. Burgers are really McDonalds level but flame broiled I guess. The weird thing is the pricing. (I've included a picture of the menu) Buy a double and the price of the extra meat is like $4 but then the combo is $2.50 extra. Then if you order a single the exact same meal costs $3.50. That's just kind of strange and questionable. See for yourself. Look at my pic.

The food is absolutely delicious, this is a must try, the ambiance is like a normal mall but the service is outstanding

Waited over 10 minutes for a basic chicken sandwich at a fast food joint; sandwich was okay, nothing worth waiting that time for.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First of all, it took over 30 minutes of waiting in line to get my food. While people that were in line BEHIND ME got their food BEFORE ME. Not to mention, the food was terrible, I got chicken tenders and they were RAW. This place sucks and I do not recommend it. Don't go here, seriously.

Insulted my friend named Trevor. Was very pushy and rude. The food was well cooked and Trevor enjoyed it. Edit: Trevor's burger was cold in the middle

As a commuter to DC 2-4 times a month. I usually go to this place or go to nook in the same food court. They are the only ones with great foods, clean and wonderful staff. Very reasonable price. The burgers are really good and you get all the toppings for free,as much as you want. And always fresh. Hope they stay for a long time.
