A+ and 5 stars! Amazing. Excellent food, excellent customer service, super friendly staff, beautiful ambiance with exquisite lighting for photos, up beat modern music. All the way around was a wonderful experience! All at a very very affordable price comparable to Red Robin except with the feeling of a night out on the town!

Firepan is a good KBBQ spot with delicious food. They offer options that you don't usually see at KBBQ. This was the first time I've seen sushi and ramen options on an AYCE KBBQ menu. The AYCE options were really good. There are plenty of seating inside that can accommodate large parties. There is plenty if parking because located in a shopping center.

This new-ish Waldorf restaurant is one of (if not the best) the best places in Charles County, especially if you like spicy foods. I've eaten here twice and wasn't disappointed either time. The receipt in the photo is on our 2nd time here, a party of 4. All 4 entrees were DELISH. Three of us took home leftovers. If you do not want leftovers, don't eat a lot of the salad upfront is my advice. But the salad and little dishes of stuff is to good to pass up, so I wouldn't bet on that approach working. Ha-HaYep, plan on spending at least $25 per person. It cost us about that on our 1st meal here also.

I visited Firepan for the first time in a long time. I must say I'm impressed at the many updates and changes! It's very chic and sexy inside now. Even the food choices have changed and tastes amazing! My server was Tisha (I'm sorry of if I misspelled it) and I was blessed to have met the manager in charge for the day- Chito. He's a joy and is extremely knowledgeable. He can also make a mean cocktail! Along with my Korean Fried Chicken, spicy Bulgogi sushi, and dumplings, I enjoyed a cocktail or two. 90s r&b played on the speakers, but Chito told me of many upcoming amazing changes to come. I look forward to it and plan to visit more often.

I had high hopes for this place, which disappointed us. The service was the worst service I've had in a long time. We came for lunch around 1pm, and our waitress was terrible. She completely ignored us the entire time, and trying to get anything brought to the table, including meats, drinks, etc, took at least 20 minutes at a time. Interestingly, they have a 1 hr & 30-minute time limit, but we barely got any service the entire time we were there. It was frustrating and disappointing because we barely enjoyed the menu items. The interior was well decorated for Valentine's Day and had a nice chill vibe. Other than that, nothing special. I wouldn't waste my time coming here again.

This was my first time trying Firepan, and all the meats, sushi, and drinks were good. Our server seemed a little new, but he was friendly and provided good service, even though we had to remind him about a couple of things. We went with option C, which was a great choice to try a variety of dishes. One thing I did notice is that, unlike other Korean BBQ places, you cook the meat yourself here, so just be aware of that before you go.

Large space, friendly servers and you get to cook to your liking. Robot brings the food and we enjoyed this experience. Food has many options and drinks were good. You are charged for what you do not eat lol so choose wisely.

Really this is a 4.5 review and the .5 deduction is for the ramen. The flavor was very lacking and actually tasted like a cheap packet from the supermarket. For some reason we didn't get to have the service from the robot but our server was great and the restaurant is actually huge and very inviting. Can't wait to go back

We're glad that there's a decent Korean barbecue only 20min from us instead of driving all the way to Virginia. Our server was really good -- he helped us cook everything well and was very attentive. The location is huge-- lots of seating, ambient lighting, with some robot servers roaming around. We didn't get orders from it because our server was attentive but we had fun watching people dodge them as they moved around.Pork belly was really good. Didn't really like the chicken or bulgogi -- they weren't seasoned very well. Overall the seasoning wasn't great and I wasn't into the sauces... But I thought their sides were good. Steamed egg-- half portion would be better. It was quite large and it was ok.Surprisingly (mostly because I'm very picky), I really enjoyed the sushi rolls. I am such a picky person and while I thought the California roll was okay, the tempura roll was really good. There's some with beef as well-- no raw seafood rolls. The ramen texture and broth was good, too! Very surprised that they didn't have any dessert options at all. Wanted something sweet but they literally had nothing ... But we saw a cheesecake on a robot getting delivered?? Maybe only for birthdays? This place hit the spot for me but my husband wasn't a big fan of the bulgogi or chicken. I'd come back.
