Fedwell

I heard this place was having an election day watch party and decided to check it out. This is a cute little spot in this neighborhood. There was a hostess at the front with paper menus (from my understanding these were for this night only--limited menu). I ordered the muddled strawberry lemonade (off the kids section) and a chicken quesadilla. Both items were really good. However, I could not eat the entire quesadilla as it was a lot of food. They had several tvs around and popcorn for guests. It was super cute. The place began to get crowded really quickly. I think the sidewalk sign was catching a lot of folks attention. The bar seemed well stocked and can't wait to go back and try some drinks. Also, looking forward to seening the full menu. From my understanding the official opening day was a week or so after the sneak peak!

Everything went well! Great food, very fresh and unique. The Yarrow appetizer was delicious. We had the Denver steak and the Chicken picatta meatballs. The Negroni to start was perfect. Thank you for the great service and great vibe.

I'm rooting for Fedwell to succeed so was sure to go on opening weekend. I live nearby and want Upshur to thrive but I know that this space hasn't been able to keep anything in years. I'm optimistic about Fedwell. The menu is excellent and my friend and I both commented that we wanted to try every entree. I had the Brussels sprouts and the carrot sliders which were both excellent. My friend had the burger which was only mid so I'd recommend trying a different entree. The price point felt right for the neighborhood. The owner and staff were all friendly.

New spot in Petworth. Cool space. Great food, cocktails, craft beer, and wine. Plenty of vegetarian options, desserts, and even a kids menu.

With a very friendly staff and great food/drinks, I'm rooting for Fedwell to become a neighborhood staple.

Excellent experience and fabulous ambiance here! All of the food was delicious and my drink was perfect. My daughter ate everything she was given (never happens), which is a huge endorsement. Two other dining companions declared it the new burger spot! Service was friendly and attentive, too. And lastly, the music volume allowed for conversation- which is something I'm always hoping for at restaurants. 100% recommend.

Never had Brussel spouts that taste that amazing! It's a cute small neighborhood restaurant. The drinks are good, the short ribs were tender and pairs well with the couscous! Not to mention the staff very efficient!!! Overall 5/5!!! They will see me again and again!!

Great food, fresh, tasty and conveniently located! Loved the atmosphere and the short rib entree is amazing!
