Father & Son Seafood

I was a little bit disappointed with my order, everything was over cooked and it didn't taste good. I was also surprised by the empty seafood boxes in the display. It all looked on the seedy side. Not sure if I'll go back. I was not impressed.

We have been going there for many years, they have the best fried fish and reasonably priced. We have sent so many friends and family members and they all love it. Wish they had nicer sitting area but anyways we love the food and always pick up to go. We are actually planning to pick up some fish tonight. You should definitely try it.

This is my family's source for the best and reasonably priced steamed crabs in the area. We always get the best service here and this is our favorite place to go. I always love seeing the "father", "son", and "mother" here in action and working together. I would be so sad if Father & Son Seafood didn't exist, so please go support this small business :)

The food and service I received was absolute trash. I've never encountered such nasty food and slow service. We ordered the food 30 minutes before we got there and it still wasn't done 30 minutes later. They didn't start cooking it until we got there. They didn't even put our order in the computer, so we had to remember off the top of our head what we ordered and it was for multiple people. All of their food is frozen and I would recommend no one goes there. Its overpriced and trash. Avoid at all costs... I threw everything away.

Hot, yummy, good priced crabs! We order them to go and they are as good, if not better, than Captain Pells. The "son" there is a little quirky, so just be patient!

I should have read further into the comments before deciding to come here but I chose to do so cause it was the closest thing to me and they had 4 stars.We walk in and immediately walk to the order counter cause there is nowhere to sit (COVID). As my BF decide how many pounds of crab legs to get the son asks how many legs we want. I told him we had 2lbs before and we barely ate them but my BF insisted we get the 2lbs anyways. I order the two lbs and he asks if we want Old bay seasoning which I replied "yes". The odd thing was when he immediately responded with "oh, we ran out"I look at my BF and look at the son like "you're kidding right"....I said but we just went through this whole conversation and now you say you're out?!?! He certainly looked at me with no emotion and said "I just remembered, we are out". My BF said "ok, let's go"...I left thinking did he just racially profile us?!?! The son is very odd and I'm so happy we didn't eat here because we went a few more miles up the street...Sea Crab Boil and let me tell you!!!So thankful he was odd and rude to us or not we wouldn't have ever gone to sea crab boil!!I will say I agree with others the son does not like working here and may be a little autistic, which is why I didn't drill him after he denied us service. We just calmly walked away.

I believe my wife and daughter tried this business once and was highly disappointed with the frozen fish that came out of one of those bags you get out of a Grocery store along with the shrimp. Wow come on, stop trying to take people's money.

I have ordered the fish platters - flounder and croaker. The flounder fish appears to be frozen while the croaker is fresh. There were 2 large filets fried just right with fries and hushpuppies. Be careful of the bones. This is true if you call in an order close to when they close they will not cook it until a few minutes to time with your arrival. Maybe they have been burned in the past. This is an older couple that have been there for the last 30 years. No excuses for having to wait. The son I'm just not sure??? If you want solid fresh fried fish without the expense and time of going to DC/MD to find a carryout then this is the spot. I don't go often but when I do the food is good, hot, and keeps me from having to cook on a Friday this is your spot.
