Rico Api y pasteles! Muy buen precio para un "completo" que llaman una orden de 1 Api y 2 pasteles de queso! Atención amable y muy tierna! Gracias!

I was dismayed to see the staff drop a Salteña on the floor, and picked it up and take it back to the kitchen. I wish he would have trashed it, since I'm witnessing the action. I don't know it I really trust the cleanliness of the place anymore. I was disgusted.

I went there to pick up a few saltenas for lunch! They were delicious! I got chicken and beef ones. These were full! Not half filled...very nice! There was only 1 lady helping customers. She was very nice and did they best she could to help everyone. She could use a hand. There was a sign outside indicating a new owner was taking over. I hope this person looks into the staffing needs.

Disappointed with service, I walked and requested peanut and pork soup advertised on the window outside the establishment by front door, I was told they don't have soup and it's only on weekends......Ohhhhk ....probably should advertise that! But hey I'm just the customer wanting the food....I then ordered the Cuban sandwich and Cuban salad both advertised with a drink included.....so here we go...after 15 minutes I get the food and have a nice day...I ask for the drinks...the woman says no drink.....huh.....(oh gosh the menu on the wall says drink with each) I'm thinking is this a weekend menu too!The woman walks in kitchen and a male comes out and says nope no drink and looks at the menu posted and tells the one only one of items comes with a drink....so I get one drink.At this point this food better be good because I'm already over this establishment and the impression isn't great!!!!!Read this menu....Cuban sandwich and salad....I spy drink included

We had been coming here for at least 10 years. There used to be a a mom and daughter team that provided exceptional and friendly service. After they left, this place went downhill fast. Service had always been slow and only a few select menu items were very good but most were just meh. About 3 years ago, we moved 45 minutes away but still visited from time to time for those few specific menu items. Today was my wife's birthday and she was craving the "charque" so we drove 45 minutes to the restaurant. I ordered the food and asked for a side of fava beans "haba" and was told that wasn't possible. I said I had no problem in paying for it because that's what my wife wanted. Again, the server told me the fava beans came only with the Lapping entree and the only way to get them was to pay for the full entree. Of course, that's ridiculous because I didn't want that item. I only wanted a side of fava beans and had no issue in paying $5, $7, $10 for it. When I again questioned why I couldn't just pay for it if they had it, the server said she didn't know. She said it was the owner's policy and probably because there was a "limited quantity". Then buy more so you can sell more or has anyone else heard of the great fava bean shortage of 2023? LOL! Needless to say I didn't buy anything, walked out, and went to a much better Bolivian restaurant, albeit 30 minutes farther but very well worth it. Save your time, money, and the hassle with trying to get decent food or service out of this place. Apparently new ownership took over recently. I can't possibly see this place lasting much longer with the existing sub-standard practices. Thought I might mention that I went there at 7:30pm on a Friday and there was a single table with 2 people in the entire place. That itself tells you all you need to know.

We love El Sabor Boliviano. We often order api con pasteles for breakfast, and will also come here for lunch/dinner and order the silpancho. Recently we came here for a quick lunch, we had saltenas. The food is delicious and comes out quickly. Service could improve - staff are friendly but not very attentive. The environment is basic and needs some more decorative improvements.

I order chicharrón (pork) big chunks well cooked, the flavor is amazing, it is the best in the area. You must try this.

Good food except the taxes are unbelievable too high 25% I thought it was outrageous because in any regular restaurant they charge only 10%, I don't understand why in this particular restaurant the tax is so high????

Went again, had Sal Pancho today. Very good and reasonable. My friend had Saltinas she loved them.

I Got the salteñas this afternoon and really enjoyed the taste. They were perfect to my taste. I didn't find good salteñas since 1995 around here... thank you .
