Everything I've had here was good, authentic and homemade. The operation is run by all women, at least the past few times I've been there, which I think is pretty cool as it certainly isn't the norm.Everything tastes pretty healthy (sure, you can get something loaded with cheese or sour cream) and it doesn't taste like they use many additives. I always feel pretty good after eating here. The pollo guisado is a good, healthy tasting dish. There is often a bit of a language barrier, but I haven't had any issues telling them what I want, except maybe one time with a side of beans. All in all, I give this place two thumbs up!

Friendly little Latin place. Fast service Just noticed it and she said they'd been open for 3 months. Standard menu with breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Clean and bare inside. Chicken tamales were good. Didn't come with a sauce but she brought me a squirt bottle of hot sauce that was nice and spicy.Carne asada was a relatively tough thin (but wide) piece of beef. Not a lot of flavor, but wasn't bad. Came with rice, beans, salad and two fresh made corn tortillas. And a lime wedge. Typical all iceberg Mexican "salad" with a little salsa and no dressing. I like small independent places so I'd go back and try some more things, but Ay Jalisco in the strip mall next door had much better carne asada....and they sell beer. I'll be curious to try breakfast, though.

Baleadas carne with their hot sauce recommended!!! Staff are so nice and welcoming. Space is small so it's good to come with few people rather than the whole family.

I've been coming here since they opens with my family. The food is delicious and authentic of course! The ladies that cook are a sweetheart. I love supporting family businesses. I even go randomly with my sister to enjoy a delicious hispanic dish! They definitely crush my baleadas craving every time!!

Great food and pricing is reasonable. Only thing Id improve is the space. Wish there could be more tables. Baleadas are a must have!! Best ones I've had in the dmv.

Cute little family owned restaurant with a variety of Central American dishes. Their best dish to me is their baleadas. One order has two flour tortillas folded halfway like a taco filled with refried beans, scrambled eggs, cheese, cream, avocado, & your choice of meat, chicken, or no protein! They're great! Their yuca con chicharrón is pretty good too. Prices are on the cheaper side so that's always great when the food is delicious!
