The lady and her son to operate this truck are SO nice. They make the food to order and everything I've had has been good, but the tacos are especially good for the DC area. Walk past the truck while they're making them and the smell will draw you in. Pro-tip: the food does take a few minutes, so stop by, place your order, go get your groceries, and come back.

My husband and I love this place. We've got several tacos and pupusas from here, and tonight we got a giant chicken burrito too. The service is always nice and pretty quick for making it to order. The food is tasty and affordable. The burrito was really yummy because it wasn't all rice, it was stuffed and huge but had a lot of veggies in it too.

Got the fish and steak tacos here. The fish taco was very tasty. As for the steak tacos, mines was slightly over cooked but it was still good! I would definitely go here again and maybe try the other things on the menu. The price is just right at 3$ a taco. Waiting time wasn't that bad too considering its only one lady. For three tacos, I waited ~10 mins.

Really solid tacos de lengua. Had a bite of wife's pupusas as well and can definitely recommend both. The tacos are soundly more Central-American style with tomato, avocado, and a thick fresh-made out of masa tortilla.

I've seen this truck many times while pumping gas at the BP in four corners, and always thought about giving it a try. After reading reviews on yelp, I finally decided to go, and took my brother along. We were not disappointed. We had the beef tacos, fish tacos and pupusas. The fish tacos are a definite hit. We did not order ahead, and after about 10 minutes of waiting, we decided that we should have. I will definitely be returning to try more of the food, everything there looks good

This lady rocks. I was putting gas in my car a couple days ago when I caught the delicious food smells wafting from her Eden Express food truck. The food smells compelled me to place an order, good thing I obeyed.I ordered the fried tilapia (comes with rice, a small salad, green spicy sauce, and fresh lime wedges) and chicken quesadillas (comes with avocado slices and sour cream). The food was fast and everything was delicious, but the fish was a highlight for me. The spicy green sauce that was served with the fish appeared to be homemade; it had plenty of heat but with a great flavor. Having just moved to Four Corners this summer, I think I have found my go-to for fried fish. On the next visit I will have to check out the tacos, based on the other Yelp reviews. AND I'll make sure to take a picture before we scarf down all the food.

The tacos were great. I had 1 of each to try because of the reviews but I wish there were different tortilla options. And the pork pupusas was great!!!! Probably my favorite thing here so far that I've tried! Will go back again.

Despite being less than a mile away, I got delivery from these guys today. Because I can! When I asked, they said the minimum was $15, but I get the feeling there might not be strict enforcement on that. I got a call about 20-25 minutes after my order from the delivery guy, asking me to text him the address because he couldn't find it. I had the food in hand about 30 mins after my order, about an hour faster than the Papa John's located across the street from these guys. I'll take it!On to the food! I'd been curious for a while what mariscada (seafood soup) tastes like out of a truck in a gas station, so I finally bit the bullet and ordered it up. For only $11, I figured it was worth a try. The verdict: While I'd love a Cinderella story here, to be able to tell you that this mariscada out of a truck was the best mariscada ever, um, no such luck. Don't order mariscada out of a truck. The only type of seafood in there was prawns and oysters. The prawns were shell on, a sea of black eyeballs and several-inch-long, orange feeler things poking up at me out of the tupperware, and the oysters looked and felt unappealing enough that I couldn't bring myself to eat them. Also, the shells were kind of grimy and gross. I had a few sips of broth and that was enough. Luckily I also got backup in the form of tacos, a beef and a pork. Delish. And eyeball-free.

They're the best food truck in the area. Their tacos are the best in the area. Been coming to their spot for 2 years and the quality has never changed. It's a one woman show and she gets it done ! It's always best to order ahead as a lot of people do show up randomly so wait times can get long. Get their fish tacos as they are the best. Come with avocados and this delicious green sauce

The person working here tonight made me feel threatened. I had picked up my paid for order and was eating it in my car while on a phone call. The lady comes over to my car in the next parking lot over and tells me my card was declined (she is screaming at me in Spanish and broken English but I understood enough to realize what she was saying). Her saying my card declined was odd because it's a credit card and I have plenty of credit left but ok. I give her another card to try and the same thing happens. (She is watching me from the truck the whole time). She comes back and gives me a business card and tells me to call her son with payment. I know I have money (I had just checked that morning). This is the second time she's come to my car without invitation. I'm frustrated but I agree to call her son and she goes back to the truck). By this point I have finished all the food (I gave her my card when I ordered but she did not approach me about my card until after I had finished eating). Finally, as I am literally pulling out of the parking lot she approaches me a third time (again uninvited) and starts screaming at me about how she's not making any money and I owe her. I remind her that I had agreed to pay her son and show her the business card she gave me. She continues to scream, so I ask if there's an ATM nearby. No answer, just more screaming. I tell her I will come back with money and she lets me go. I find an ATM on my own and take out what I need. I go back and give her the money and her demeanor has totally changed. She's saying thank you so much and I'm so sorry and thank you thank you. I tell her to have a good night and leave. When I check my bank statement when I get home, I see that my original charge did go through (I checked before withdrawing from the ATM but the transaction hadn't posted yet). So not only have I overpaid I've been approached in my car three times (at night) and I've been screamed at. I used to eat here 3-4 times a week but I will never go back again and I suggest you don't either.
