Best General tsos chicken in southern Maryland right here. Chicken fried rice was on point as well.The general tsos chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the fried rice was flavorful and satisfying. I highly recommend trying it if you're a fan of delicious and well-prepared Chinese food.

Went there on a Monday for some lunch hadn't had Chinese food in a while. Wanted to see if a different spot would be just as good as my close carryout since it's closed on a Monday. Ended up at Eastern Restaurant over in Accokeek next to the Weis grocery store. First of all I called my order in and she said 15 minutes. I ordered pepper steak and Szchuean shrimp. The lady was very pleasant. The pepper steak was soft and tender, but both dishes had the same sauce on them. They didn't seem to have different flavor profiles like from regular spot Asian Star in Fort Washington. The ingredients did seem to be fresh, though. The Szchaun shrimp wasn't over cooked and the veggies had a nice crunch to them and they had plenty of the sauce on them. But after adding a little bit pepper sauce and hot mustard it was at my spice level. So all in all it was about $17, for everything. Not sure I'll return but you other foodies out there give it a try! I'll give it a 3.6 out of 10.

I had a taste for Chinese food. I called 3 lights away to place my order, which was ready a few minutes after my arrival. I'm quite pleased with the quality, the portions and the cost of my food. The only change is to receive more onions next time. Thank you.

I would normally give this place a 5-Star however it's been a while since I last visited and my normal General Tso Chicken, tasted a little different. They usually make it to perfection but this time the chicken was chewy. It makeme a bit nervous and this is why I stopped eating chicken. BUT, I was back in the D.C. area and I had to visit my favorite places, this being one. Each time in the past this place has always been my go-to carryout spot. I would just call in my order and it would be ready in 15 minutes, though I believe they tell that to everyone regardless what you order. Lol. My food would always be fresh and hot. Not only that, they would always throw in extra fortune cookies when I asked. I wish I could tell you how other menu items taste but I seem to gravitate towards the same dish.

We always get the chicken fried rice, shrimp fried rice, and occasionally egg drop soup. They cook the food pretty quickly and it tastes great. We have tried food from several of the Chinese restaurants are pubs here and this one is the best. They are also very friendly. I think I have always talked to the same woman and she is always great.

I ordered from them on Grubhub in August. I am on Franconia about a mile west of Telegraph and I think I had the meal in about 45 minutes. I got the beef egg roll ($2.00), a pint of egg drop soup ($2.75), a small serving of beef with fried rice, peppers, and tomatoes ($9.95), MIstic Bahama blueberry drink ($2.95), and tiramisu cake ($4.95). The Mistic was interesting since I had not had it before. It reminded me of the international sodas we had in Miami (strawberry, watermelon, Iron Beer, etc.). The beef egg roll was interesting since egg rolls usually have pork or chicken. I prefer beef. I tried the egg drop soup since I had never had it before. It had chicken stock, corn starch, seasonings, eggs, sesame oil, green onions, and corn (https://www.gimmesomeoven.com/egg-drop-soup/). I would say the sesame, onions, and corn are what made the flavor, more than the other ingredients. I would get it again. It maybe had the consistency of Indian daal soup. The meal was well prepared and the ingredients were good. The delivery fee was $2.49, the sales tax was $1.06, and the tip for the driver was $5.75. This is a good place for a reasonably priced meal. Keep up the good work.

This restaurant is very displeasing, my family and I have been here multiple times due to local convenience but, the food is absolutely nasty. If you are a shrimp and broccoli fan this is not the right place for you the broccoli is so hard you would think they never cooked it.If I could give a 0 star I would. Save your time and do not come here it is a waste of your money.Just honesty,

Do Not order from this restaurant which only does take out. When you call in a order the female owner will repeat your order and still get it wrong! Then leave items off your order and when you return for what is missing she will argue with you (in front of other customers) and demand that you pay for it a second time!! Horrible customer service. Does not give receipt and claim that the ticket order is a receipt!?! What the??? My family will never give to Eastern Resturant business again and let everyone we know. The food is not that good for horrible customer service!!!

My husband tried this place for the first time today. Waited 30 minutes for a half raw chicken cheese steak. He took two bites and his stomach was hurting the rest of the day. Glad I went to Subway! Waste of money and time.

Just went to this establishment and the customer in front of me asked why is it that the cooks are not wearing a mask and the cashier said that they just finished eating lunch. Neither me nor the customer believed her. Needless to say, I didn't order anything from them. Shame on them for not following Covid 19 protocols smhid.
