Eastern Carryout and Cafe

A neighborhood gem! I love this place. The food is always good, customer service is on point, and prices you can't beat! The owners know my face, name and my go to orders: General Tso's Chicken or Crispy Beef. Eastern's also has great lunch specials during the week. I take full advantage when I'm working remotely. I have also had my food delivered and the delivery driver is very nice and proficient. You can either get to go or dine in. Try it, you will thank me later.

Visited them for lunch and ordered the General Tso's Beef-- it was very good! Generous portion meant my husband enjoyed the remainder for dinner, and he agreed. Service was little slow, but the wait was worth it (I'm used to fast food :) and staff was friendly and efficient. The clientele was a bit of a trial, but that's another story. Your best bet is to order ahead, which most people seemed to do. When I saw the out-door seating I wanted to dine in. Next time I will order ahead. AND dine in :)

Never Never Going to order from here I will never order here again, they have no respect, not at all, and the man who delivers is too disrespectful. Yesterday I wanted a delivery and I didn't have much money to tip him only have 42$ to pay and I didn't leave Tipto him because of that I have ordered for 2 years now at this restaurant, and I have always always left tip to him It was only this time that I didn't have much money and that's why I didn't leave him a tip and the delivery driver started telling me things that I wouldn't waste his time and he started telling me more things, and I stayed in shocked Because I have always been a good customer, I have always left a tip even when my mom orders she also leaves a tip!! I don't know if the tip is an obligation or optional! I called the restaurant so they could talk to him he doesn't have to be like that with people! and she told me that she will talk to him and she said that he is a good person and She never listen to me She start talking and talking I felt really bad but I don't think she understood in the way of saying I'm sorry for what happened or saying other things, I feel very disappointed I would not order here again Because of the respect that they gave me and I have never made a complaint and I have never disrespected them It was my first time complaining because I always was happy with them until now , So Now They lost a client of years! him for being disrespectful and her for not understanding my version but karma always here and may God bless you,

I ordered thru DoorDash. The order was sesame chicken with combination fried rice and an egg roll. The combination fried rice was pretty good, the egg roll was average/ok, and the sesame chicken I barely ate, it was not tasty at all and I threw most out. Sometimes I just want fried rice for dinner, I liked the combination fried rice that I would actually order that again. My favorite Chinese locally is TNR but I don't always want two days worth of Chinese food because of the minimum order amount. So I would order fried rice. I'm not sure I feel confident enough to order an entree.

Never been to this restaurant but have ordered delivery a few times. Although the delivery can be hit or miss (not going to name the service) the food is ALWAYS great. I like their Szechwan wontons. Always nice and spicy. My husband and I love their egg rolls. I really can't think of anything bad to say!Thank you for the awesome food!!

Ordered delivery. Probably the worst Chinese food I've had. Everything was so so bland. No amount of soy sauce or my own combination of sauces could fix any of it. The chicken and mixed veg was a lot of veg and a little chicken. Same for the egg rolls - hardly any meat. Gross and greasy. Would not recommend.

The food was terrible and when i tried to call and get a refund i was yelled at and hung up on repeatedly. Service is terrible food is terrible. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

We now stop by here every Friday with our granddaughter after her class the Little Gym. The cashier/owner recognizes us now and knows our usual and gets a big smile when she sees us. The portions have always been large and we can verify that the garlic eggplant, steamed tofu with mushrooms and hunan shrimp are always delicious. The price is right too! On nice days we eat out back otherwise we take out. I do highly recommend this cafe!
