I recently had the pleasure of visiting E Tea with my daughter for the first time, and overall, it was an enjoyable experience. The shop is a quaint little spot with a delightful theme that instantly makes you feel welcome. The decor is charming and well thought out, creating a cozy atmosphere perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of tea or coffee. One of the standout features of E Tea is its impressive variety. The menu offers an extensive selection of teas, coffees, and other beverages, catering to all tastes and preferences. It's clear that a lot of effort has been put into providing customers with a wide range of options, which we appreciated. My daughter decided to try the crème brulee, and while it was presented beautifully, it didn't quite capture the classic flavor we were expecting. It was still enjoyable, but perhaps a bit more refinement in taste would make it exceptional. As for me, I opted for the Coconut latte. I was excited about the combination, but unfortunately, it fell short in terms of flavor. It lacked the rich coconut taste I was hoping for.Despite these minor setbacks, we still had a lovely time at E Tea. The staff was friendly and attentive, enhancing our overall experience. We are optimistic about giving it another try in the future to see if the drinks improve because we genuinely liked the atmosphere and variety offered. In conclusion, E Tea is a charming little shop with a lot to offer. While our first visit had some room for improvement in terms of flavor, we were impressed by the ambiance and selection. We look forward to returning and hope to find our drinks more flavorful next time. A solid 4-star experience that we believe has great potential!

This place is so cute! I love the more sustainable cups and the logo is amazing. I really love the concept of this boba company. The staff member was courteous and efficient. I love good customer service. I got the matcha milk tea with almond milk. The drink itself was a little disappointing. The boba was very well made - not mushy so I know it was fresh! However, I 'm not sure what happened with the matcha. Sometimes boba shops make things too perfumed like when people put too much bergamot in their earl grey. Unfortunately, it tasted like matcha and perfume but that could just be their match mix. I wouldn't suggest getting this drink. The customer service was so nice that I'll will try again with another type of drink. When I go back I'll reevaluate my review.

Cute little place. We stopped by here while we were touring around the area. We enjoyed our drinks. They messed up my son's order so gave him a new drink with a nice little take home cup, free of charge.

I'm not going to comment on any potential IP issues in the name and some of the imagery. But with respect to the food and drinks this place is solid. It's not the best bubble tea I've had - and it's definitely on the sweet side - but it's good. The food was what surprised me; the bowl I had with the yuk sung (meat floss or pork shavings) was actually really good. I'd go back for that alone, which isn't something you'd normally say about a place where the tea is supposed to be the star. Where I ding them a little is that one, the staff seemed new and not super well-trained. They struggled to explain some of their options to me. The second is their prices are very high. Be careful your meal and tea doesn't easily get into the mid 20s after a couple of tweaks. But with that qualification, I'd still say I recommend it.

We stopped by E-tea on a visit to the National Mall. It's pretty much the closest boba shop and I can't exactly go without when on vacation. The shop also sells some bakery sweets, onigiri, and rice bowls. We stopped right in and ordered at the kiosk:Classic Milk tea, Jupiter Size (Large), 50% Sugar, 75% Ice w/Boba - You can tell the boba is soaked in a simple syrup. The boba had only a small amount of chew as it was right on the edge of being too hard. The tea taste was non-existent. 50% sweet was okay for the drink, but the drink mainly just tasted like sweetened creamer. It's strange since they have pre-brewed tea in the dispensers, so I would expect at least a hint of astringency or bitterness. I wouldn't go here again for milk tea. Maybe the fruit drinks are better?

Came in at 5:15pm to enjoy some bubble tea with a friend and the overall experience ordering was weird and the bubble tea was average. Overall, there are better places in the area. Ordering There are self serve kiosks, and I'd recommend using those. We ordered on one tab, one ginger bubble tea and one honeydew. But that seemed too complicated, so to make things easier I just went along with my friend's ginger bubble tea, but then we got charged for 3 drinks. Bubbles The boba were good. Warm and had a lot of flavor, but the ginger drink didn't have a strong flavor. Seating There is no indoor seating, and there are 4 tables outside for groups of two people. No bathrooms.

I always pass by this store and finally got the chance to try it out.I got strawberry tea with crystal boba and salmon onigiri. Both of them tasted so good. The tea was so refreshing in DC heat. If you don't like the tea to be too sweet, I recommend you ask them to put less sugar. The place was clean and the service was great. Also the workers there were friendly and helpful. This place is underrated and I highly recommend it!

Love the boba tea from here and the menu is surprisingly large for the small size of the restaurant. I like being able to order from a screen if I want. A great grab and go spot.

Got a strawberry milk boba with popping strawberry. I got a small (it was pretty small),, but it was over $7 with no tip. That's crazy. It was half the size of my damn hand! It also tasted like shit. Sorry

The food was great! the ongiri (i think that's how you spell it) was good with lots of flavor, most places i've been too don't put any flavor in their salmon but this place did was it did not disappoint! Also received a peach green tea i believe and it was soo good and refreshing, i wish i got a bigger size. Also the ambiance was cool looking and nice theme going on.
