I'm so excited to be moving closer to Doubles! I love this coffee shop. The prices are on point, way lower than some chain stores (ahem) and the drink sizes are also reasonable. I love getting a for here beverage and taking it to the outdoor covered patio. They have fans for the summer and heating lamps during the winter. The focaccia breakfast sandwiches are dank, and you can customize the toppings. Great size to share with a friend for a satiating breakfast. AND there's a ping pong table upstairs. ANNNNND the coffee club is the best deal EVER. Omg. Highly encourage you to join. For 30/month you get 5 drink tokens AND a bag of specialty recently roasted coffees with brew tips. That way, i can enjoy some coffee at home, and some coffee out. I think i need to buy the sweatshirt. I'm that into it here. Hope you are too. Ohh. Oh. And, you can bring your well behaved dog inside while you order! And dogs are allowed on the back patio!

The coziness of this café is unmatched--perfect for remote work, with comfortable padded chairs that are a must for me. The latte was smooth, expertly steamed, and the vanilla bean specs in the mug were a delightful touch.The biggest highlight was all the dogs I met. This creates such a warm, communal vibe. I'll definitely be back--not just for the coffee but the dogs too!My least favorite part of the visit was the pastries. The flavors in the Chocolate Tahini cookie felt muted--maybe I caught an off batch.But overall I feel that Doubles has made a true effort of creating a joyful third space for DC.

Great ambience and lots of chairs and coffee is top of the line.. Never goin back to STARBUCKS

Very cute. Intimate place to meet /work! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered an ice Americano with a pump of chocolate the chocolate they make in-house delicious. I definitely recommend this place, but parking can be a bit of a challenge.

awesome coffee shop, awesome space. the espresso drinks and single origin pour overs were delicious. The mushroom focaccia made in house was awesome. the ham and cheese turnover was also good - touch dry but the bites with the ham and cheese were delicious. lots of seating inside, upstairs, and a patio out back.

I was on a run out of town and got hungry, and asked a couple where I should go to grab a quick pastry and coffee. They suggested Doubles, and I went. They had exactly what I needed some good black drip coffee and a wonderful piece of coconut banana bread. I am not a huge coconut fan but I like it in moderation. This banana bread was so good! I might start adding a little coconut to my homemade recipe. The service was quick, easy and friendly. They have a small indoor area and an outdoor area as well. A great place to get some work done outside of the office.

The seasonal maple orange cardamom latte was the perfect balance of spice and citrus while still highlighting the espresso. One of my favorite lattes I've had in the city. While I wish I could get it year round, I think the seasonality of it adds to the appeal. The mushroom focaccia was delicious although I wish I got it warmed up (not sure if this is an option or not). There is plenty of seating both inside and out and would make a great work from home or reading spot. The ping pong table upstairs became a little distracting but I think it adds to the ambiance of the space, so if that's not your vibe, I suggest sitting downstairs. I will definitely be back to try their other seasonal drinks and to try one of their breakfast sandwiches, as they look amazing. Lastly, I appreciate how dog friendly Doubles is, I met tons of cute pups and their owners here and it was such a fun moment. This coffee shop screams community, which I think we could all use a little more of these days.

I stop by this place a couple of times a month. It's a popular work spot during the week and the seating inside and on the heated patio are plentiful. Their chai and hot chocolate are pretty good. I've also enjoyed their seasonal ciders. The love game sandwich is also good and a great portion for the price. I usually save half and reheat the next day.

@doublesdc in park view, dc is a cozy neighborhood café serving up espresso, drip coffee, breakfast + lunch sandwiches, and pastry my friend and I got their iced teas and split two breakfast sandwiches: the Love Game egg, cheddar, no bacon, tomato jam, and chili oil on focaccia & the Ace egg, mozz, grana, rapini, roasted red pepper on focaccia @doublesdc 's focaccia and fluffy scrambled eggs were the stars of the show I'm excited to return & play some more ping pong upstairs

A rainy Saturday did not stop me or many others from stopping by this neighborhood coffee shop. It appears to be a go-to spot for solo working with some minimal background noise and casual, low-key meetings. I ordered a latte and the Love Game sandwich. I'm not a picky coffee person so the latte was just fine for me. The sandwich came packaged in Sonny's Pizza wrapping from next-door. I didn't have to wait too long for the drink or food, both hot, comforting additions to the cool day. The sandwich, which contains a slab of fluffy scrambled egg, should be enjoyed fresh. I ate half and then took the other half home. It was still good later, but the focaccia was a little soggier than before. A huge plus is the outdoor space in the back, which has an overhead cover for all the tables. So still good to sit out there on a rainy day! The long tables accommodate larger parties.
