Solid Thai food. The pork grilled meatballs appetizer is my fave, great flavor and very unique. Even better paired with some sticky rice and a thai iced coffee. For entrees, see ew is always a go-to, and theirs stacks up with the best in the city. I really enjoy the kapap, too, which is a saucy stir fry that is heavily basil-ed. Huge plus in my book because I cannot get enough of that basily goodness. It is quite spicy if you enjoy your dinner with a kick. All in all, I am satisfied. I got them delivered on uber eats, so I can't speak to the dine-in experience, but now I can't wait!

This restaurant is so wonderful! I was in the area for a conference and unexpectedly popped in for a lunch to-go order - then was pleasantly surprised.I got the chicken pad thai (my staple thai order), which was delicious, made well, had balanced ingredients, and seemed fresh. Would absolutely order again!Service was super friendly & fast, while I waited for my order they sat me at the bar and gave me water. Ambiance was very cute and clean with both indoor & outdoor seating. If I lived in the area, I would frequent this place & will absolutely return when I'm nearby!

Maybe this was an off night?? We ordered food for delivery and many items were terrible. Some were pretty ok but not good enough to justify another order. We got the following:Pad Thai - decent. Doesn't use pad thai noodles but flavor was fine. 4/5Green Curry - watery but ok 3/5Duck Roll - hard and cold. 3/5Papaya Salad with Crab - 1/5 was so spicy that it was inedible. I'm south asian and used to spice but this was way too much. Overall, would not order again.

I ordered the pad see ew for $16 and the portions are large and was savory and delicious. Dish a lot of beef pieces and red curry was delicious and creamy. The restaurant had a calm vibe. Clean restaurant with pleasant service. I wouldn't recommend buying appetizers here though, they're a bit overpriced and portions are small.

After some errands, I ended up searching for food close to 9pm when most other restaurants closed. Donsak was still open and took advantage of the vacant parking spots post-snowstorm late at night in a typically busy intersection. If parking wasn't so difficult here on a usual day, this place could potentially be my go-to Thai restaurant. The food is delicious and the service is great, very friendly people.

Very cute restaurant with great service and super tasty dishes! The tofu drunken noodle was flavorful and a bit spicy and the tofu was cooked very well, would definitely come back.

I have to say this restaurant was excellent. I was staying in a hotel nearby and they delivered to the hotel. I ordered the items based on suggestions and what I like . The crab Rangoon was unbelievable. It was perfectly fried and the filling with crab meat and cream cheese was so decadent and beautifully presented. I could've eaten three more orders. The dumplings with pork, shrimp and chicken, was also prepared beautifully and had a nice flavor I ordered the fried tofu Kapaw, it had a nice heat not too spicy. I finished the whole dish . I highly recommend this restaurant and I love Thai and the quality of this food was excellent

Very awesome authentic Thai restaurant especially local dishes in DC area. I can say it is not easy to find Thai food that has very original taste like this. I had Som Tam Pu Palar or Papaya salad with fermented crab and Thai anchovy. (A popular street food dish in Thailand) That was so so good. For me, everything was perfect - appearance, smell, texture, taste - 100% Thai Style. I really recommend this place if you are Thai or whoever wants to get real Thai flavor. Also the service were nice and friendly. The dining room might be a little tight when is crowded, but they has outdoor seating available. The restaurant is located in Woodley park, near the Woodley Park-Zoo/Adam Morgan Metro station. Very convenient to get there.
