Don Ramon

I have Family visiting from out of town. I decided to dine in at Don Ramon. As usual, The service was excellent. Our server kept an eye on us to make sure we didn't need anything. The food was tasty. I ordered a grill platter for 4. It was enough food for 8. The grill platter has chicken, Steak, Shrimp and ribs. This platter is great to share if you are dining out with a group of friends or family.

This is pretty typical mex restaurant. There wasn't much that stood out .the chips and salsa was average. But the amount of food that they give you was very generous. I like the taquitos I had the seasoning was even and just right. The waitess was very nice and sweet. Why only 3 star because they lie to us about there's happy hours. Good scene inside and outside plenty of parking spaces. Other than that miss communication about the happy hour, I would definitely go back.

Good food, service, drinks and the vibe of the place is lowkey and cute! Definitely became one of our favorite spots! Wish I would have gotten a picture before I started eating it lol

A nice local business to grab some dinner/lunch from. I personally always get their Nachos Don Ramon with grilled steak. There'd something about it that makes me want to keep coming back. Theor grilled steak has a great charred flavor and their grilled chicken is good too! The pupusas and are also good!

The staff is very friendly and attentive. I ordered the yein burrito platter which consisted of one chicken burrito and one beef burrito served with rice and red beans which was plentiful and very good. The sauce it came with was amazingly good, I asked what it was and my server said it was a chipotle sauce with something else added but I couldn't understand what the other ingredient was and it did not taste like chipotle at all but it was so good I could drink it which brings me the only thing that really brought my meal down a bit, I'm a water drinker and the aater is straight from the tap not filtered and you can taste it.I definatly reccomend this place for dinner or lunch, they also have a great bar.

I had a great experience here. The prices are reasonable and the food actually taste good. Every time I come here it's been great. I've been here in the afternoon, in the evening and at night and every single visit was pleasant their drinks taste good and the service is great. I wanted to come back in the summer time to enjoy the outdoors experience, but with COVID running rampant around here, I won't be doing that- at least not this year.

This restaurant has a spacious interior with about 10-12 belly-up bar stools and a large dining area with a seating capacity of at least 50. I recommend sitting at the bar over the dining area because there are copious bar-only specials including specialty cocktails for less than $5 as well as $2 tacos! (The full dining area menu costs more than I'd like to spend.) also, unlimited chips & homemade salsa!I've been here twice and have enjoyed the food---stuffed peppers, cheese and chicken enchiladas, guacamole, taco salad, and others. Everything is tasty, presented well, and in generous portion.The bartenders are friendly and attentive, which is a plus. The ambiance includes large flat-screen TVs, modest decor, and a well-lit interior.Overall, four stars instead of five because it has been generally empty inside, and I prefer a more lively atmosphere, which can be a plus or minus depending on one's mood! Also, the food is very good but not earth-shatteringly amazing.

Ordered Taquitos and Steak Taco salad using Uber Eats. Guess what??? We got soggy and messed up taquitos with chicken instead of steak! Bland, no sauce which we requested. Not edible at all. Sorry Don Ramon please check with your employees on how to take orders and read instructions or you'll always get really low ratings.

Nice waitress but could not explain food, not sure how much English she knew. The lighting made it difficult to read menu as we had to use our cell phone lights to read. Finally there was hole in the wall with insulation exposed. Hardly anyone eating, most of crowd was at bar. I should have pulled out when I saw empty tables but wanted to give it a shot.I ordered steak fajitas and in-law ordered beef tacos. Could not eat the beef as served since it was so fatty and chewy. My in-laws steak was cubed into smaller pieces but chewy as well. I wound up cutting my steak into smaller pieces and ate along with veggies, but spit out about a third of the steak since it was not chewable. We will never return to this restaurant

The food is decent, however I would not recommend ordering online (you may be charged twice and no one cares because, "it should be refunded in a day or two," which is an inconvenience when placing a large order) and the customer service is poor. Not only did they hang up on me when I called to explain that I was charged twice, they ignored my calls. I get things happen but better customer service is needed if you want people to support your business.
