Doki Doki Sushi

Quick stop so quick review! Come check out the new food hall near Whole Foods and Bloomingdales. I tried two spots out - Doki Doki and Sauoco. Wasn't expecting super fresh sushi and hot dumplings but that's what I got! Delicious and fun decor. I like that it's a food hall, but staff serves you the food and busses tables. There's free water too which is great. A must see if in this area. I plan to come back for dinner at some point!

This place is in The Heights. Almost like a food court style with other restaurants in here. There are tables with QR codes to order or you can go up and order. There is a large screen tv with the menu on it. They have quite a selection to choose from. The Krunchy Spicy Tuna roll has crunchy rice noodles on top of typical spicy tuna roll. It is very tasty. The salmon nigiti has a large slice of salmon which is great since it's two to an order.Definitely recommend for a stop if you want a quick bite of sushi.

Got two rolls, a California and a salmon avocado roll. Both were delicious! Would definitely come back here. Prices are average for sushi around here, I think it could've been a little bit cheaper but I understand the rent costs for being in friendship heights. Place wasn't very busy (granted, I went midday on a Monday), but it was clean and It was nicely decorated.

We visit as regulars as the location is right downstairs from our offices. Since opening, we've seen a tremednous downfall in service. The owner refuses to grant special requests under any circumstances. I'd expect better accommodations given the location. Leaves MUCH to be desired.

service here at Doki is crazy cool, the asian dude at front omg he s like super nice!!! food was good as well, Chirashi he offered and it was good. Definitely will be back there again.
