The salmon on rice was a decent entree ;however, it didn't wow me.
The drinks played wonderfully on the tongue. The expresso martini was rich in flavor. I love blackberry everything.
The sushi was light on the palette.

Went with a colleague just for dessert since we'd already had dinner. The cheesecake was excellent! As well as the ice cream. Neither of us enjoyed the bourbon custard dish. I'm not even sure what it was called. Waiter staff was attentive and gave suggestions for our first visit. Very nice environment. Can be upscale if you want it to be. The neighboring table's sushi looked DIVINE!

Was staying at the Grand Hyatt for a conference and needed a break from conference food. Stopped into Cure Bar and Bistro for a bowl as French Onion Soup because of a recommendation. It was good. I wouldn't go out of my way for it, but a solid option if I am in the area. The service was amazing. The staff kept checking in without rushing us or being annoying. I appreciated the attention on us as customers.

I looked up places to eat in the area using Google Maps and Curr seemed interesting. In fact, it was the hotel bar food that was overpriced. While the food was delicious, I wish I had known that their selection was very limited before 5pm.I think the staff were more interested in socializing with each other than providing great service. I don't really know who my waiter/waitress was. No one introduced themselves and it took a total of 4 people to take my order and bring my food. It was crazy! For $50 I wish I had gone somewhere else.

Came here in a Monday night 6pm for dinner party of 6. It's located inside the Grand Hyatt. Floor plan layout is unconventional with several mezzanine seating areas. I like it since it keeps the tables more secluded. Decor and ambiance is modern and somewhat classy. We ordered several appetizers and they were all decent. But nothing really stood out for me. My concern is the high price tag, ranged from $15-$20, not a good value for me.For entrees the 40oz ribeye steak looked impressive and it tasted flavorful and tender. We could share it among 4 adults. Served with bed of wild mushrooms and 3 mustard selections. $90Scottish salmon was ok, nothing special.Charcuterie we chose 5 items for $35, we tried a couple meats and cheeses, nothing stood out. I actually enjoyed their breads more.Service was friendly and attentive.Pro tip: You can use your Hyatt VIP free apps and wine/beer vouchers. Save a lot of money!Overall, for the food is decent but for the high price tag, I'd rather go somewhere else.

I would give 10 stars for Jhovy alone! She is absolutely amazing and the reason my review is even a 4/5. She has a great personality! She is friendly and makes the absolutely BEST drinks! I've stayed a few nights and when I come to the bar I look forward to seeing her! Overall the bar is nice and a good vibe. One of the other bartenders were a bit rude. The wings were super good and the Caesar salad was good!!!I docked a point from my original service but Jhovy was the best bartender and made my experience amazing! I'm not sure if she's the manager but I highly recommend visiting her

We ate here while staying at the Grand Hyatt during our trip to D.C. Nice ambiance (if you ignore the Grand Hyatt lobby behind you) and high quality sushi cuts. We skipped the French American fare and concentrated only on the Japanese and sushi. We ordered the tuna and eel avocado maki rolls. Both were composed of high quality ingredients and very fresh. I would recommend dining here for lunch or a light dinner. We also ordered the gyoza but it was too oily (sesame oil has a place here, but we found them to be too much). The wine selection is good and the service is excellent.

Service was great. Plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. It's located in a mall type area with a hotel next door. The burger was delicious and the drink was as well. But $16 for a cocktail is slightly overkill Spicy tuna roll was so so I've had better. I wish we came at 5pm to try their main menu. Make sure you're aware of that. The all day menu is very limited

Enjoyed an early dinner here which was super convenient since we were staying at the Grand Hyatt. Since the club lounge is closed we were offered drink and starter vouchers. We ordered the crab spinach dip, bone marrow, and scallops for starters. The bone marrow was good but I wish they had more and maybe that's why we were given 3. The scallops were overcooked, black on both sides but still edible. The mushrooms were a little bit chewy. The crab spinach dip was fine and came with a lot of burnt bread. We also ordered the roasted duck entree which was a cherry blossom special and the chicken finger kids meal. Service was fine and it was nice that we had a little booth which gave us more room.

I sat at the bar and had a great experience! The service was excellent. I had a delicious blueberry smash bourbon drink. The burger was cooked perfectly and full of flavors. The fries were on point. The menu was limited, but I did not mind that. I will be going back for sure!
