Crafty Crab Waldorf

My daughter wanted a Friday night outing with mommy. I told her she could pick and she chose Crafty Crab! Overall this was a good pick. The food came extremely fast, service was good. Could have been better, we did appreciate our server letting us know she would be gone a while due to a large party. This was the only downside of our visit. While she was away maybe another team member, manager could have assisted. The beer was hot. They did not have any cold glasses, which to me is a little odd. I love beer with my seafood. Glad I was on mommy duty and did not order one, my sister did and was not happy. The bar was packed, the restaurant ran smoothly for the amount of people we saw seated.

First timer. Food was fantastic! Server was sweet, but very, very... Very slow. Took over 10 min to get my.... Well.. Anything.. The food did come out faster than I was able to get ketchup or a refill. May be back, but they need help in the server dept. From the pre set responses from management, this isn't a new issue and apparently not fixed and doesn't look like they feel it's a problem.

Best location!! They have ramen to add to your bag and service is always on point!!!!!

Crafty Crab is delicious when you're in the mood for that bagged seafood boil. Honestly, if you're looking for anything else, this is not the place for you since the other options are VERY limited. Still, they do what they do and they do it well. The seafood boil is our favorite in this area. I prefer to be seated away from the bar since regulars make it loud and can be a bit obnoxious but otherwise it's an excellent spot.

It's just alright the crawfish were good, the drinks are just okay gave me a headache fr. It's cool if you like a lil hood vibe

Love this place- ambiance is great. Great for large crowds as I often see big parties when I visit. The latest visit was awesome due to our waitress Dee. She was pleasant and was patient with us. My partner had a problem with his drink and she took care of it- no question asked. I appreciate her and the manager on staff. I only rated it a 4 star versus 5 due to the time it took to get served, this visit as well as other visits. We came on a Saturday afternoon and they seem to be a bit short staffed. Everything else was perfect. I will definitely be returning.

Hostess didn't acknowledge me waiting to get on the list for a table. Music is way too loud. Server couldn't hear me and I could barely hear the person across the table from me. Slow service. Employee just walked past singing "hair, face, a**, t*tties". Won't be back anytime soon.

Everything was overcooked and service was slow. Not sure I would recommend this place to friends and/or family.

Went valentine day last minute decision, my partner paid 91. 00 and required tip. He order crab boil and fries and fried oysters and sodas, his crab boil was ok. Oysters was fried hard, fries was ok, the soup was terrible taste like somebody just slop to gather, never taste gumbo like that never, onions rings ridiculous hard, I sent back ordered corn in place of, crab cakes was a little hard also fries was ok the cook needs to be more mind ful and caring not to let the food cook too long, people paying their hard earn money, if you need to hire more people hire them, to help cook, that's a shame just stealing peoples money and take that so call gumbo off the menu if u can not find nobody to cook it right. Yeah we paid 91 dollars and that will be the last time we go there. Gave a two crab boil was not too bad

Crack, the crab has become a staple amongst me and my friends. We usually go and visit at least every few weeks or once a month. We really appreciate how the food is always fresh and hot and the staff are at our Waldorf. Location is very accommodating and pleasant!
