Cloud been my best hookah spot since they first opened over 10years ago.. from the dark classic design to light contemporary modern design, I love the interior Thier hookah are always good and clean.. changing the charcoal on time without request, which is a point to fully enjoy your hookah.. the renovated outdoor, which became more cozy like your house backyard area! Love karak and morrocan tea there.. you must try!

Large parking lot. To enter you take a few steps down. The glass door opens into a gorgeous space. Beautiful decor. Indoor and outdoor seating. The desserts look delicious. Most of present customers were sitting outside and everyone is smoking hookah. There's no alcohol and a no smoking policy (except for hookah). Half of the requested items on the menu were not available. I ended up with a glass of juice that was $7!!!Expensive and staff nowhere to be found half of the time. When asked the person taking care of our hookah to find our waitress for the check, he looked like he didn't even speak English and didn't respond. Plus: the bathroom is so pretty. If you stop by here, just do it for a stylish pee. But pick a stall with a working toilet...

! It was really first and bad experience here! I invite my friend there, the waiter there was so bad , they bring the Coca-Cola, then after 40 mint they bring the burger! Cold! I was not comfortable in the table so I asked to move to other table , and another bad response ! the table here is reserved for the people in other table while we are setting ! It will takes 15 mint to find another table! Even after 1 hr no one care! The women not welcoming, she is like feeling bad we arrive! When I start to order. She said , you have to order more or I will charge every person 20$ They way she speak like she is punching me why I came here So I don't give tip and I remove gratuity!Never come again I feel so bad at the end while I leave the location

We had a great time. Came here to kill some time before a dinner reservation - great price on hookah and the hot tea was amazing. Nice atmosphere. Would definitely go back to try drinks and food.

Came here on Valentine's Day (Feb.14 2025) this year with my partner after leaving dinner and after waiting an hour for hookah we left. We watched all of the same sex couples and African American couples not receive service which resulted in them all leaving. Meanwhile, the staff immediately serviced all of the Lebanese customers that arrived after us. I am a content creator and was only in the area for Valentine's Day. I've never received such horrible service that resulted in me feeling discrimination against in a climate where minorities are already being discriminated against. I truly wish I could have given you guys a better review as it is a beautiful establishment, but again I left feeling not taken care of a discriminated against. Upon exiting, it was obvious the staff wasn't concerned or cared about why we were leaving, despite waiting for an hour. We didn't receive an apology or anything. If you are part of the LGBT community or an African American please avoid this place as it's clear they don't care about us.

Absolutely amazing time and the customer service was fantastic.... We had a hookah and a strawberry Red Bull.

We had iftar there during the month of Ramadan, the food was very delicious, the deserts were so perfect, the staff members were very helpful and friendly especially the manager ' Sarah'. It was a great experience, we really enjoyed it. I highly recommend that restaurant
