IThe worst Falafel wraps we have ever tried. Even I can do a better job.We called for two falafel wraps($20),they were ready in lightning time(now we know that this was the first alarm)Anyways drove for a miles and tried them and realized that they fried stones dipped in something and called it falafel. These most certainly were frozen, which is bad to begin with, then they certainly cooked it on high heat and then they over cooked it hence the stones we were given to eat.Don't eat theree are or made an attempt to

Ambiance was nice. I enjoyed the music, but did not appreciate the "vevo" music videos of females shaking their butts wearing fishnet stockings with my children eating with us. For appetizer, we ordered baba ghanoush and it along with the bread provided tasted as if all of it was cooked in smoke. It wasn't a pleasant Smokey taste, it was pure smoke. My dad and husband ordered the curry, the beef curry, according to my husband, was good. My dads chicken curry, according to him, was mediocre. I ordered a mint lemonade thinking it was going to be the traditional fresh mint leaves with lemonade and ice all blended. It was lemonade with dried mint leaves. My mom ordered the chicken Kebab sandwich, she reported not enjoying the flavor. Lastly I ordered the chicken kebab platter. It was enough to share between me and my two munchkins, but the chickpea side dish tasted as if it needed longer to cook. Service was a tad slow. One waiter for three tables....can't blame them too much on service. All in all, nice experience, but I believe I will be sticking to my afghan kebab place in west Springfield.

Came in for lunch. Absolutely disgusting chicken shawrma and lemonade. And overheard from the lady cooking the shawarma they found a roach in the kitchen while the health inspector was there. I mean come on! U serious dawg!!

Definitely targeted to the college crowd. Not the healthiest kabob option and all the sauce was at the bottom. I couldn't get rid of the after taste. Quality was okay. Probably a great place to hang out have hookah and get some food if your into that though.

Was afraid to try this place based on prior reviews, but glad I did. Food was delicious and just what I was looking for for a late night dinner.

This place better step up its game or it is not long for this world. Very tiny portion of baba ghanoush for $6.99 (see photo). Order a water, and you get a $2 small plastic bottle--no ice, no glasses. Sodas in the can for $3.50. The waiter dropped everything off and we never saw him again. Perhaps it was my mistake to think this a traditional restaurant and not just a hookah bar.

Place was nice I got seekh kabab on but kabab shouldn't be pink on the inside, it was super chewy, I've never left a place without my leftovers but I didn't want them this time. Rice tasted good but for 21.99 I expected more rice portion. Chickpeas were disappointing, were hard and tasted like tomato. Mantu was good though

I've tried numerous local Afghan restaurants, and City Kabob is among the best. Their mantu and aushak appetizers were just delicious, and the lamb shank palau was cooked perfectly. My only issue was that the lettuce in the salad was starting to turn brown on the edges, so it looked unappetizing but tasted fine. I ordered takeout so can't comment on the service. The prices are about average, but I thought the portions were generous. My two appetizers and one entree were enough for three meals plus. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

food was decent. Portions way too small; considering the cost of everything on the menu being so expensive for just another average tasting kabob place.
