But it was nice to have freshly cooked General Tsos served when ordered at lunch time as opposed the stuff that's just sitting out on a burner waiting to be servedWe decided to eat in the restaurant and the lady was kind, took our orders quickly and the food came out in reasonable time.Ambiance of the place is close to rinky dink restaurant, but still clean. Mostly people order take out here. Not SO much seating inside so large parties won't fit too easily. Think parties of 4 or less to be more precise.

I accidentally clicked on Chopsticks instead of my go-to of Chopsticks House for delivery and I decided to give them a try since they carried a larger variety of Asian dishes.I ordered:Shrimp ToastThai Lemongrass ChickenSautéed Broccoli The shrimp toast had decent flavor but was soggy. And the main thing I look forward to w shrimp toast is it being crispy! So, that was a bummer.As I was eating the Thai Lemongrass Chicken I totally forgot that's what it was supposed to be because it truly tasted just like oily tasteless regular chicken and mixed veggies. EPIC FAIL!The Sautéed Broccoli was also swimming in oil but it was cooked appropriately because it still had a nice snap to it.Needless to say, this will be my first and last time ordering from here .... and back to CHOPSTICKS HOUSE I go!!!

This place honestly deserves 3 stars, as the food - Kung Pao tofu and Egg Drop soup were decent - but because alternative Chinese restaurants in the area aren't any better, on a curve this place gets 4 stars. Also, a special mention to their manger, Donna, who's also a big reason for the higher star; I saw her kindness firsthand helping an elderly customer to her car and door with the food in hand and a warm smile. Kind and genuine gestures like that deserve credit. Suggestions for improvement:+ The place needs to be revamped (paint and lights); it looks a bit dated and dark. + Consistent Customer Service: besides Donna, not all employees here are in sync nor friendly; some for example, the lady who was wearing a mask was unfriendly and standoffish. I suggest to teach the others Donna's ways.+ Lastly, the food was okay, and could be more flavorful, and maybe even presented better. Yes compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area, it's not bad; however there is room for improvement. Also, having hot sauce and soy sauce at the table should be standard.Overall, this place has potential. With consistent customer service and an upgrade in the atmosphere, this restaurant could earn a solid stars (without a curve).

Well, we just tried Chopsticks and it was wonderful. Everything is so fresh and well made. The meat is very tender & the shrimp fresh, not mushy! The veggies were tender but not over cooked. We went with a few of our standards and were very happy with those selections. The shrimp spring rolls actually had a couple of shrimp in them, not all diced up so you really don't know if it was shrimp or not. There really were shrimp in each one. Their rice was wonderful. This user to be out go to Chinese place but they've gone way downhill. We placed an order tonight and they usually deliver within 15 minutes. We waited 30 minutes, 45 minutes, then called. It was a very small left, just wonton soup and some dumplings since we're sick. We were assured it won't be here shortly. 15 minutes more then 20... called again, they argued with the delivery driver on the phone with us. He said he was around the corner. 15 minutes later we called and requested a refund. They said, oh well, sorry. Not sure what's happening here.
