Hot and sour soup!

This is the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever been and I don't recommend anyone come here for any reason. I made the mistake of coming here and place an order, and the woman behind the counter was not able to adequately explain the menu or explain the quantity of food for the charges. The woman who took my order, could barely understand English. In the Apple Pay doesn't work. the only redeeming thing is they at least take cash..... I wish I could give negative stars

Very average Chinese food here, but I think I would order here again and try something new.The prices are fair for delivery standards which I really liked. I got a wonton soup and a house special rice noodle and it came out to $13, which is definitely a good deal for delivery Chinese. The food came quickly and tasted fresh. I liked the wonton soup and the crispy noodles with it, though I do think the wonton broth perhaps could have use a bit more skimming, as I could clearly see some fat from the broth bubbling to the top, albeit it was not much. And though I only got three wonton, it worked well. Maybe next time I should ask for a large. The house rice noodle was good too, sans the onion. Next time I should say no onion so I do not have this problem. I had to pick out all the onions in the dish so it would not ruin my stomach. It is a nice portion and has good flavor, but next time I would like to try their lo mein or a chicken dish to compare. Complaints? Yeah. They did not include a menu with the delivery, some of the food was starting to leak from the bottom, and while they included napkins with the order, there were no silverware sent, just a few packets of soy sauce. But that is nitpicking. Overall, this review is about the meal and the meal for what it was, was adequate. That is all there needs to be said for this review.

This is our go-to place for Chinese Food. We just ordered again tonight and I wanted to put this down while the food was fresh. We ordered for Delivery. The delivery charge is only $1.00 and they deliver the food themselves (use their website China Village Chinese Food Herndon, VA 20170 Online Order! , Fast Food Delivery. (ipower.com)). Tonight, the food was fantastic! It was very fresh and delicious. Try the Shrimp Toast-it is wonderful. We also ordered Szechuan chicken and Kung Po chicken. The portions are very large and we have enough for another meal. After placing the order, the message said that it would arrive in 45 to 65 minutes. It was here in 15 minutes! This always happens, it has never taken as long as they say.Thank you for the wonderful service, China Village.

I ordered delivery. Pork egg foo young, fried shrimp, and pot stickers. My total was $24.15 and 30-45 min wait. Waited almost an hour. I'm thinking they use a secondary delivery option but not sure. When the driver came to deliver the food he kept telling me $25.00 over and over. If he wouldn't have been so adamant about the wrong total I would have given him a bigger tip. After he handed me the bag he quickly came back and said he needed the receipt. There was not a receipt on the bag and he started looking through all the stuff for the receipt. I think this place needs to rethink their delivery service. I think I would have rated them higher if it wasn't for the delivery. Now the food. Pot stickers were too thick for me and I did not enjoy the taste. The egg foo young was really good. Which was good cause it's one of my favorites. The shrimp was ok. It probably would have tasted really good if it was hot. But what do you expect with delivery. It was still crispy though.

Very average Chinese delivery place. You probably won't hate it (depending upon what you order) but you probably won't love it either. The soup is meh. The dishes are meh. The twice cooked pork for example- not bad, edible but you won't want to order it again. Essentially same review for every dish, which is Why I keep ordering another average dish just waiting to find one that's above average. The best I've had here is the crispy shredded chicken- just realized that mild means no spice at all.

NEVER put peas and carrots in chicken corn soup. I've lived in NY and Va not one place ever has. It tasted horrible and broth was like water. No taste at all except carrot. Eggs rolls dripped grease, nuff said there. The boneless spare ribs were okay. The dumplings were globs of goo that actually had decent flavor but really order pan fried if you get them. We ordered extra spicy for orange beef, definitely NOT spicy at all. First time here thought we'd try it, no thanks never again.

Typical take out Chinese. It's the best we've found in Herndon and they're super consistent! The Generals is so good.

Is there a negative star I can give? This place is horrible. The lady who took the order either needs to learn some serious customer service skills or choose a non customer contact profession. She was very rude when she brought out my food. When I asked a question about my order and asked for hot mustard she rolled her eye at me. I want to say she was having a bad day but based on some of the other reviews it appears this is a common occurrence. By the way the food wasn't that good either. I will not be visiting again even in my dreams.

I think this place is a huge sleeper as far as chinese food goes. I like how they have an option for choosing noodles instead of rice for an extra charge. Alot of chinese spots in the area dont have that option and want you pay for noodles separately. This place will be my go-to spot indeed. Nothing to really complain about.

This location puts bare minimum "meat" in their dishes and asks you to pay $2 or $3 extra to actually have a decent portion size. This is what $3 worth of EggRolls looks like.....what a rip off - avoid this place. If you want that kind of quality - pay $1.75 for THE EXACT SAME THING over at China King.Done wasting my money here!
