Ok so, I was going to come running to the defense of this place because I've been coming here for years, usually a couple of times a month. I was actually on this page looking for a menu for my friend, and saw the reviews. I was like, "aw they're not that bad." Guess what happened when I called to place an order?I apparently ordered something on the menu by the wrong name, and the lady on the phone started yelling at me. I told her nevermind, and hung up. She called me back over and over, to the point that I ended up blocking the number. I'm sorry to see this place go, but I will not be coming back.

So I'm really in my feelings about this. I order from here all the time when I'm at work. I'm super picky about my carryout so when I found this place I was really happy. Today was HORRIBLE! I ordered my normal: chicken and broccoli lunch special and ordered for my coworker. 45 mins later the food came only for me to discover that my "chicken and broccoli" was shrimp and broccoli. I called up there immediately and explained that I received the wrong thing. The woman on the other end was very rude telling me "Well you should've spoken up and corrected me when I repeated shrimp and broccoli". I didn't even say shrimp and broccoli and told her I don't even eat shrimp. So then she started going back and forth with me about what was said. So I finally asked her if we were going to continue going back and forth about what was heard or misheard or was there a solution to this situation. So she asks me if I'm able to come pick up the new meal (mind you I had it delivered the first time because I'm at work) and I told her no. She told me that I would just have to wait a long time then because the driver was very very busy and I'd just have to wait. Then hung up on me. When the driver finally showed up 2 hours later...he was stuck behind the buses (it was dismissal time and I work at a school) I had to explain to the driver that I couldn't leave the building at the time and asked him if he could just drop it off at the office. He began fussing at me telling me that he never goes inside of anywhere and I needed to hurry up and find him because he's busy and has things to do. So after going back and forth with him he just told me I'd have to contact the restaurant and said he was leaving and hung up. I'm so disappointed in the level of customer service displayed today and although I love this establishment and it's super convenient...I will no longer be spending my money here.

Poor customer service! The woman who answers the phone is very disrespectful and only wants your cash. I will never go back to them, this isn't the first time she's acted like this but enough is enough! This discriminating and berating behavior over the phone doesn't deserve to be open. I used to order from them all the time until the brought the woman on board. I would give them a negative 10 due to the recent discrimination towards phone calls and delivery service.

Ordered on Christmas Day. Chicken and Broccoli was coated in a sweet and sour sauce. Fried rice was mushy and plain. Took my food back and got a refund. Do not order from here

The shrimp fried had a bad taste. The chicken wings were not fresh. I also ordered a steak and cheese egg roll but received a spring roll instead. I called the establishment; the woman on the phone said I had the wrong number. Yeah, I called the number under the business name.

Totally dissatisfied! They're passing off medium fried rice as large. Steak & Cheese has no STEAK or CHEESE. I wouldn't feed this food to a stray animal. This is the LAST money they'll ever get from me.

Perhaps the greasiest Chinese ever. Just don't. Hot and sour soup was marginal. Egg roll somewhat ok. Shrimp toast disgusting. Fried wonton hard; inedible. Chicken teriyaki rubbery.

I'm giving this a one star due to terrible customer service. I called for a delivery. And I know that hearing on the phone can be tough. But being outright rude to a customer is never okay. The woman who picked up was yelling at me after I told her my address, saying that she couldn't hear me. And then she hung up! I called back and she didn't answer. And I tried again and that time she could hear me. I said my order and ask if they had canned tea and she huffed and sighed, saying that they didn't have that there. She came off as extremely rude and uncaring. The whole experience was terrible. The food here is decent though. The white rice could be better though.

Unlike other reviews, I thought their customer service was fine. I ordered delivery and it arrived hot about 45 minutes later. The problem was the food. The sweet & sour shrimp tasted almost spoiled. The shrimp had a strong fishy taste like it was either old or had been sitting out a long time before it was cooked. I also specifically asked if there was mumbo sauce for the wings. When I opened the bag, they tried to pass sweet & sour sauce for mumbo sauce. Everyone knows the best part about Chinese Food wings is the mumbo sauce. If you ran out, just say so. Don't put sweet & sour in the thing like no one can tell the difference.
