Chilcanos Peruvian RestoBar

I ordered take out from here, and it was amazing! I went during noon so it wasn't too busy and I was attended fairly quickly. They have plenty of tables and even a stage for a live band/karaoke (pretty sure they have event nights!)They have a wide selection of Peruvian dishes which was really nice. I asked the server for some suggestions and ultimately decided on getting the fried fish fillet. For the price, it is definitely worth it because it was big and filling. I ended up having leftovers for dinner too. The fish was fried perfectly and the French fries were not too hard or soft! Their sauces are a must try, they complement any food perfectly. Will have to come back for their happy hour in the future!

Today is Valentine's Day and my boyfriend and family were planning to have dinner at home. They made my boyfriend wait for 20 mins when I placed a pickup order for a whole chicken. Someone came out and told him they're working on the order. Time passes and they come out and say they ran out and someone should've called to let me know sooner. I called the location and spoke to three different people and each of them were rude. Finally, the manager Díaz said he'd refund the order and didn't offer anything else. What's the point of calling ahead to make an order when it just takes more time and eventually you don't even get your item. This was my first time ordering at this restaurant and I will never again order. I didn't my order at the end, no offer to make it right or to get something different, and on top of that all three people I spoke to on the phone were rude. If it's a special day like Valentines, do not go here. They are not organized and they will mess it up somehow and not do anything to make it right.

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. They have live music. Definitely recommend the restaurant when you are in the area.

I will write a full review shortly. Do not listen to the Bougie people who visited prior, without ever considering what the restaurant establishment.This place has great food, and provides a relaxing and pleasant experience.

Have returned after my last let down and it looks as if some major turn arounds were done to this place. Service and food is much better!

Excellent, flavorful food! It's an upscale, but casual, dining experience. There is also outdoor seating. Great for a date night or romantic evening. They have a full bar and can accommodate private events. I ate here for a private event where there was live music, and it was very professional and fun!I highly recommend the Lomo Saltado (beef and vegetable stir fry with a side of fries or the Ceviche Mixto. The beef was cooked and seasoned perfectly! It made me wanting more. The food tasted authentic! We will definitely visit again!

Where do I start..... I feel like we came at a wrong time they had a busy night so I'll give layaway to my review. They had a private event where they had a live rock band, so I understand that they were busy and the cooks were busy as well. I did ask for the 1/4 chicken but the waitress said they ran out of chicken around 9 PM. I tried to ask for Chilcanos Sandwich ( but they were out of chicken so no sandwich ). The food came out fast but it was plain and simple, like my love life. I added the spicy Verde sauce to my meal and it increased in flavor. I want to say the best thing I had was the Ceviche mixto. Horchata was on point too. They have outdoor and in door seating with a patio. I will give it another shot maybe when they aren't hosting an event. We were badly waited on but I understand because they needed them inside for the event. 6.5/10.

Finally Pollo a la brasa like in Peru. The unique Peruvian seasoning and the freshness of the chicken. Thank you!!!! The fries and the salad just made me feel back in Peru.
