Charley's is always solid. The chicken cheesesteak combo never misses--tender chicken, melty cheese, and a good toasted roll. Fries are crispy, and the lemonade hits. Not Philly-authentic, but for fast food, it's a go-to.

I give my wings 4 stars, but the meal overall was a 3 out of 5 stars. Bacon and cheese Fries were cold and wilted, i did not enjoy them much., Breaded cheese sticks were not hot, marinara sauce was cold. Philly tasted good. I will not be back.

First time here, order small Philly combo and hubby got the same just w/no tomatoes, onions or mushrooms. Sandwiches were warm and tasty, needed a bit more mayo. The fries were crispy and hot, still had a crunch to them when we got home. $26

First, noteworthy to me, was that approaching it from the Chuck-E-Cheese and Wal-Mart side where there is a big flag, the entrance is to the Panda Express. There is a fence which were I young I might have jumped but I had to walk out and all the way around to the left to get to the Charleys entrance. I am remarking this because someone else going here made the exact same mistake. Just worth noting before you even get there.I ordered a Bacon 3 Cheesesteak and my SO ordered a standard Philly Cheesesteak. These were "OK". Not great not terrible. Both of us customized our sandwhiches which they got right.My SO also had a strawberry lemonade which was reportedly very good with actual pieces of strawberry.Finally we also ordered classic wings (Bold BBQ, Garlic Parm and Hot Honey sauces). We ate these later (reheated) and they were also "OK". The BBQ sauce was actually hotter IMO than the hot honey. The wings were a variety of sizes but they did have a couple of the huge ones I've seen at other places but the majority were small and some were weirdly shaped or broken. Of the 3 sauces I liked the Garlic Parm the best which is probably not great because I went in expecting the opposite.The sauces (blue cheese dressing) was NOT included in the price of the wings which always feels cheap to me.There was a bit of a wait but we did not order ahead so wasn't that surprising. There is not a great waiting area (there's a big space that doubles as line space) but it wasn't busy so we lurked by one of the tables.We carried out but the restaurant seemed clean including the bathroom.I've said this in other reviews but wings in this area are VERY competitive (there's a Wing Stop right across the street) so what might be higher marks for some was just average for me.Also, to those newer to the area or visiting, there used to be a Jerry's Subs and Pizzas right across the street too and it's now closed. Similarly there used to be a Jimmy Johns that closed right next door. So, I hope this place does something to shine or their timing is good, because others have tried and failed with similar food in this area strip.Final notes, they did have shakes on their in store menu but I was told they didn't have them. I would have ordered one if they did.I could not find a phone number to call an order (they do have an app but I tend to wait to install them until we are sure we like the place) quickly when I looked.

I wanted to support Charleys becuase I really like the one in Springfield Town center. I go in and waited for someone to get my order, they didn't acknowledge my presence. I left hungry and will not spend my money at this location.Oct. 4, 2023 6pm.

Order Teriyaki chicken wings and fries on a recent visit; I was unhappy with the total meal. The wings look and taste like they had just barely been dropped in the fryer and then a ton of sauce poured on them. They had no taste at all, and the fries were hot , but also had no taste. I took the wings home and re-did them in the oven, so the sauce would stick to the wings for some favor.
