Extremely disappointed by this Charley's location, definitely not what I'm used to. Was completely caught off guard by how poorly the service was. Started with the cashier (Katie) having an attitude. We simply asked for cheese to be added to an order of fries and she claimed that wasn't possible. How and why not because Charley's has fries that already come with cheese, PLUS it's never been an issue at other locations. Lastly, no disrespect to anyone BUT it took me having to ask four individuals until anyone could understand me simply asking could my orders to be placed in a bag and asking for old seasoning for my fries. Smh, this visit just wasn't worth the hassle, especially when their food not hitting like other locations and look at the pinch of fries I received.

My first visit to Charley's. I have the #1 cheesesteak combo and the sandwich was amazing! Great fries also! I am planning to go back and try their wings and milkshakes. Just opened 3 days ago, but service was fast and friendly.

Today I was shopping at the Walmart at 5885 Kingstowne Alexandria Virginia around 4:00pm and decided to go into Charley's Philly Steaks #02489 at the time of my departure. I put my things in the car and went back to buy takeout. I'm a little disappointed because I ordered a large Philly cheesesteak with yellow cheddar cheese instead of provolone cheese. They didn't change the cheese and they didn't add mushrooms to my order either. I also bought some large fries and I think they were very small. They didn't give me mustard, mayonnaise or ketchup and when I asked for them, the manager's attitude was to tell me to grab them from there, a box that was located towards the inside of the cashier's counter. I am totally dissatisfied by my order and by the rude attitude of the manager, that I could not identify his name, because he does not even use an identification. I figured it was the manager because after I saw him sitting at one of the tables with his phone, he went to resolve a problem with a customer who was also complaining about something wrong with her order.

I know what you're thinking... how good can a walmart food place be??! ...REALLY GOOD. My bestie and I have now found a hidden gem. If you're craving a really good lemonade, this is the place to go. I will be coming back JUST for the lemonade, not even to shop at walmart. absolutely incredible.

PLACED an online order and received confirmation email that store received my order at 5:45PM.Last digits of Order # ...6385Got to the store, and the nice people at the counter told me that they had no order for me.No food, was starving.Email shows Charleys emailed me at 6:24pm that:"The credit card could not be successfully billed.That means:This order has NOT been sent to the store in the usual mannerOrders paid by credit card will be automatically refunded. Please note a charge may appear on your credit card statement as 'Pending'. This will be released following your bank's standard hold time.The store has been notified of the order details through a backup system but the system has not received confirmation that your order was received"There is nothing wrong with my credit card, had ordered food there before with the same credit card.Very unhappy customer.

I tried Charley's Cheesesteaks for the first time as they were conveniently located inside a Walmart (where McDonald's used to be) and I was in a hurry.I wish I didn't. Food was downright inedible: while I am no cheesesteak connoisseur, I would rather drive another 5+ minutes to another fast food joint nearby than ever eat here again.Fries were also subpar.Maybe it's just this one location, but I will steer clear.
