I saw some stuff about Char'd on social media, so I was intrigued when I saw it at the Tyson's Galleria. I ordered the Char'd single and the garlic soy wings (4piece) via the kiosk, and I received a receipt with an order number as well. Service was quick, I also received a notification on my phone when my order was ready for pickup. On the tray they provided the burger, the wings, a ranch dipping sauce, napkins and a nice little wipe (I assume for the wings).Pricing wise.... These wings are really expensive. They're more expensive than Korean fried chicken wings too. 4 pieces for $9.99!!! I'm honestly not sure what the flavor profile they were going for was, but it tasted more similar to like a sweet thai chili + bbq sauce instead of a garlic soy flavor. I also wasn't really sure what to do with the ranch sauce that they provided, so I dipped a wing in it and it was not good.... LOLI then tried the burger, a lot of people were telling me it was really good!!! I thought it was just okay, honestly. The flavor is decent, but nothing stands out to make me want to pay like $13 for this burger. There's a sauce there too, but it's similar to many burger spots' sauces such as In-N-Out and the Big Mac sauce. Since I really didn't know what to do with this extra ranch sauce, I tried dipping a bit of the burger in this too. No dice!Would I come back here in the future? Maybe if I was desperate and craving a burger and stranded at this mall. There are plenty of other options though, since it is a fairly crowded mall with an updated food court. The staff are still super nice and the service is quick. Char'd is just unfortunately not for me.

It is new halal burger place started as a food truck turned into a stall in Tyson's Galleria in its fancy 3rd floor food court. 1. Self service: you wait and order on the machine. 2. Tip is optional since you don't get table service just like McDonald's. 3. Burger: good, the sauce reminds me of Big Mac sauce. It is nothing that special though. The Fries however, is amazing and their original sauce is unique and I can't recall anything similar. Highly recommend. 4. There's no dedicated table for their customers so you just have to find a seat and it is hard. However, it is Galleria, very beautiful interior, so it is a joy to eat there. I would still recommend this. I live very close, so I see myself coming here for fast bite.

I was very excited to get a burger here! I ordered a single, fries, root beer, and a couple,e extra sauces and the total was over $30... that's after a reasonable tip. The good news, my fries were hot, crisp, and delicious. The sauces were both good. The burger looked perfect. The bad news, my burger was cold and nothing special. I'm disappointed, but they can't be perfect all the time.

I probably wouldn't go back to Char'd based on the quality of my burger given the price. I ordered just the Double Original Char'd burger which was $16.95 before tip. For a burger a little bit on the higher side (fries not included mind you) I thought that the bun was flimsy and that there was an overly unbalanced amount of onions included. It was fine but nothing absolutely spectacular. I had some of my friend's fries which were crispy, salty, and tasty however I will be definitely opting for a different option the next time I visit the Galleria.

This place looks great and the burger options were really good. I got the double Pattie burger and it tasted very good. The mambo wings were also crispy and delicious. The design and decor really really good and welcoming. The best thing about it is that everything is halal.

Really good burger, had a single but should have gotten a double. Fries didnt look appetizing so skipped. Had the og. Next time going to try wings and double burger.

Char'd is absolutely one of my favorite spots for burgers and fries! Once I find a great burger spot, I become a repeater of the same order (why mess up a good thing, right?). Char'd is located in Tyson's Galleria AND they have a mobile food truck that is located across town in several locations throughout the week. They post their food truck scheduled locations via IG, so it's super easy to track. I've been able to try both, the location and food truck, and I will say the location is my favorite because it's guaranteed to be super hot. When I ordered off the truck, it was surely delivered hot, it was just me driving to my location before eating that failed me :-) The burgers are super fresh and although there are options, it is not overwhelming. In-person, ordering is simply completed via the touch screen and the wait time was not long at all. During some evenings and weekends, the line at the Galleria can be long (so get there early). From the truck, I was able to order and pay online. They will text you and let you know your order was received as well as when your order is ready to be picked up. At both locations, the staff was super nice and made each visit a breeze.P.S. I did not mean to leave out the fries...they were hot and fresh and you receive more than enough to go with your burger.

We have been to their store front at Tysons Galleria once and their food truck has visited our neighborhood twice. Their highlight is definitely the burger. It's a good, juicy burger. My daughter had their grilled cheese twice and loved it. If your kids aren't into burgers and meat, their grilled cheese is a good alternative. I am not a fan of their wings. And the fries aren't bad. Service has been excellent all three times we have ordered here.

I ordered the OG char'd and the Hot char'd. Both were delicious. Loved the pickles. The fries were good but nothing special. The prices are pretty steep but you gotta expect that for Tyson's area. I'll have to come back and try the other burgers.
