Cha Oc Gia Huy

I would eat here every weekend if I could. Their oc cha is one of the best and even better is their cha gio (egg rolls)! Just like my mom's, full of meat (pork and shrimp) and flavor! Their dipping sauces are phenomenal as well. Everything is bang for your buck as they don't skimp and cut corners. Very well priced.

Cha Ốc Gia Huy is one of my favorite places at the Eden Center. I'm a big fan of cha ốc and theirs is good. I really like the snail grape leaves.l rolls. This place has all that I want. It is a small space and service is good and quick.

3.5 stars so not bad! A great place to grab some Vietnamese street food! Very small shop so don't expect to sit. There was one employee cooking lots of Bo La Lot (beef wrapped in grape leaf) while helping people with ordering. I got Chao Tom, shrimp wrapped on sugar cane stick and Bo La Lot. The chao tom was good.. can't find that as easily anywhere. The bo la lot was not my favorite, but seemed very popular.

This place is one of my fave place for cha gio (egg roll). They make it so fresh it's so hot and crunchy. They have egg roll that have whole shrimps and the other type of egg roll have snails in it (DELICIOUS!). They have bo la lop that is freshly made and go so well with their sauce. Everything is so good. I also love the doi huyet for our congee! The service is awesome. If you want the egg roll, he picked the freshly made one! The store is small so no place to eat there, just pick up and go!

Vietnamese sausages, stuffed with snails & pork & beef & shrimp & fish, steamed & grilled & fried... Preparation of everything I've tried has been absolutely incredible. And thankfully the staff are very friendly & welcoming...

I brought some grape leaf wrapped beef and the cha on the sugarcane stick today and they were both very delicious! Highly recommend this place. They also had a long line when I stopped by, but it was worth it.

New snail patty shop in Eden Center. Apparently this is the Virginia branch of a popular joint in California. I had the steamed snail cake, fried snail cake, and a large $3 fish cake. Snails pieces were yummy. I especially enjoyed the steamed version. So smooth and fragrant. Pieces of carrot, lemongrass, tree ear fungus, and pepper fill out the sausage shaped patties. Fish cake was also good. It looked a little red so maybe not the usual sea bream but possibly blue fish or mackerel. Still also good. I'll be back to try the shrimp on sugar cane and grilled snail cakes wrapped in betel leaves.

Best vietnamese sausage forever!! At least so far it win my vote on sausage. They give good amount of snails in it. If you don't like snails sausage you can choose other options. They will make it hot for you right there if you want it.

I tried cha oc, chao tom and egg rolls here and they were very good and good price, I will come back again

Growing up in Vietnam for the first 10 years of my life gave me the chance to taste and appreciate some of these traditional little "Vietnamese delicacies" (Oc nhoi, cha ca, gio hue, cha gio...you name it!) Now that we live in NJ USA finding these foods is a project in itself, let alone finding "tasty ones." Long behold voilà hidden in the corner of Eden Center there is now Cha Oc Gia Huy, the answer to our long search for these tasty treats. This special place truly satisfies our cravings. My wife and I are now making it our #1 place to visit whenever we are in VA. The owners are very accommodating and super pleasant. Give them a visit... you will not be disappointed!
