This is my go-to soul food place if I need a quick reminder of Sunday dinner. Portion is huge, I just wish they had a better dessert selection. Unlike Henry's up the street this place doesn't discriminateon payment options.

I really enjoyed my food here! This is a nice little take out spot with a huge variety of prepared and cook to order items. I ordered the baked chicken wings with sautéed kale and fried potatoes. Everything was flavored well, especially the kale! I had no problem finishing all of my veggies!

The food is ok in a pinch, but not if you want good tasting and satisfying food. The portions are huge but the food isn't seasoned properly. My husband got fish, he said the batter was good but there was no seasoning. The fried chicken wings were ok. Max and cheese tasted like they mixed macaroni with Kraft mac powder and put some shredded cheese on top. We also go greens and pinto beans which were both lacking.

Perfect quick bit. You know it's clean service when you see most of their clientele are 50 yoa and older. Turkey wings and gravy are my favorite.

Update 9/7/18 -The red snapper apparently "shrank" b/c it was formerly twice the size, at least. Enough for two meals.First the owner tries to tell me it's "always been that size" and when that didn't work she blamed her wholesaler - SYSCO.I'm hoping this is an anomaly since I came late for the first time.I don't like restaurants cutting corners - and then lying to me about it like I'm stupid. The price is still $14 & change though. I know the price didn't shrink to match the fish.

I went to this establishment at the recommendation of two associates because i was craving fish. I purchased trout dinner and it was amazing. Worth the short ride. Totally hidden GEM. Heard they have the beat breakfast

A nice hidden gem in Fort Washington, MD. The name is misleading, they have much more than subs! The food and the service is great. Definitely my go-to for delicious breakfast in the area. I haven't made it there for lunch (work schedule) although they have many options. Friends have told me that the lunch options are delicious.

This place is a hidden gem in Fort Washington. Like others, I passed this place dozens of times and never thought to try it. Upon recommendation, I stopped here to get some food and was delighted! My favorite on the hot bar is by far the KALE GREENS. OMG, idk how to explain it, but I will go there just to get a large container of kale greens. I've also tried, the collard greens, BBQ chicken, seafood salad, and shrimp salad. All amazing. The staff in the front is super sweet EVERY time I go in there. I only gave this place 4 stars because I've been twice and there weren't any kale greens :-(.

Food is always good, I just wish they can give the cornbread like they use to besides that great service and great food

First time ordering the breakfast platter. definitely going back. Found our new go to spot.
