A neighborhood deli catering to the office crowd with well prepared food at average prices. 2 special things about them: 1) they have changed their menu within the last year and now have one of the largest selections of vegetarian sandwiches in the area, and 2) it is run by Koreans and they always have bulgogi or some other Korean item in addition to standard deli items. Very nice little deli with wide selection of sandwiches, plus specials like gyro, korean bulgogi, baked goods and soups. They have more drink choices than any deli in a 50 mile radius, seriously every kind of drink. I generally can't pass on their reuben but everything I have ever gotten has been pretty good or great. This is a small family run business and they have always been very nice to me when I come in. I brought my wife, an office building deli master connoisseur, and she also thought her sandwich was great. As far as office building delis go, Carvings is awesome.

I stopped by for a quick breakfast and found a gem. I had a good, quick, inexpensive vegetable omelet. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I'll stop here again when looking for a quick bite to eat.

I live in King Farm but this place is only open M-F during the day - I had a day off and thought I'd wander down and check it out.The smell in the place was OVERWHELMING. It smelled like someone marked the place in soy sauce. The menu looked home made (not the food - the actual menu) and one of the servers behind the counter seemed to be lecturing a customer.I left.

Personally, I really like this cafe. The staff is always very friendly to me.MUST TRY THE BEEF SUBMARINE! It is really a beef wrap made out of the famous Korean BBQ beef bulgogi wrapped up with veggies and served with rice. Takes me back to my days performing in Korea. Definitely one of my favorite Korean-American fusion foods I've had!Only complaint is the limited hours. Maybe a little pricey, but for a family run, non-chain, quality food cafe, I find it to be quite worth it, especially for the beef submarine!

The freshest sandwiches and they know how to work a grill. All done with friendly service and care. I recommend the egg, meat and cheese with cinnamon raisin bagel, the egg salad, the chicken salad or pretty much whatever you ask them to make. They do it well

Love this place! We just moved into the building (yes, we are still going into the office) and the deli has been the best part. It's super clean, following all COVID protocols, and thus far everything I've tried has been delicious. The first day the owner brought over muffins for us and I'm not even a muffin person but that was one of the best muffins I've ever had - moist and yummy all the way through. The pesto on the sandwiches is so good. And everyone in the office agrees with me - highly recommend this place for a good deli lunch!
