I came tonight right before they closed. This was my first time there and all I can say was great customer service and the food was so delicious. I will definitely come back for other choices. If you want some authentic Jamaican food this is the right place.

On 2/11/25, I went to this restaurant and ordered a small brown stew chicken dinner. The lady was friendly but when she portioned out the chicken, she started counting each piece of "chicken" (which she said they can only give four pieces). I commented at how skimp the portion was compared to the amount of rice and veggies I received (mind you; she was about to give me way more rice but I told her no). I also asked for brown stew gravy on it and she was very skimp on that as well. When I got home and looked at the actual meat I received, it was 75% BONES. As you can see from this picture, I minced up the meat so you can see how much meat I actually received. For the amount of money I paid, I barely got my money's worth. I've never been to a Caribbean restaurant that would count "chicken" and give me BONES. I called the restaurant right after I noticed this and they told me that the manager would refund me my money. It's been a WEEK and I have not received a full refund. Not only was the food skimp, the quality of the brown stew chicken was subpar to what I have experienced before at other Jamaican restaurants. I'm giving a two stars for the spinach patty and the Stallion drink. I never received my refund. I've been calling every day and they keep telling me the manager either hasn't arrived or "left out".UPDATE: I went back on 2/18/25, and I negotiated with a different lady to receive food in the equivalent of the brown stew chicken dinner. Thus, I got cornmeal porridge, a spinach patty and coco bread. I'm much satisfied. Thank you for working with me! HOWEVER, please PLEASE work on the brown stew chicken. As a Jamaican, I was upset for sure..

1st yelp of the year. I decided to try out a new Jamaican spot in my area. The restaurant was nice, clean, open, and the staff was friendly. I think it is pricey. A small jerk platter and a bottled soda came to $19+. Their jerk is more on the sweet side, with a nice touch of spice. The platter is full. But, you get more rice and peas than anything. I'd venture to go back and try other dishes.

Ordering online, the price is not what is seen as you are forced to order large for almost everything at an additional cost! Entrees do not state whether they come with rice/plantains etc. Quite sure another up charge. Food descriptions and pictures do NOT match what you get. Ran out of food on a Wednesday at 1500. Ordered the large as I had no choice fish tea. Save yourself some money, buy fish stock and frozen carrots and the cheapest bony fish and make at home. Please, even if your kids eat fish, be aware.
