Levrek. Arugula salad, with filet of branzino.
Over spring mix, with tomatoes, pickles, red bell peppers, red onions, lemon juice with olive oil dressing.

Cutest layout for this narrow restaurant. The inside looks a little dated. Server was friendly and spoke Turkish. Food was decent. We tried several different appetizers along with lamajun. Prices were decent.

We had take out - happy to share a moist chicken sandwich and delicious chicken Pide. 15 minute wait and came out to under $30 including a hot tea. Food was pretty good, would come back for a quick lunch when in the area.

I have been coming here for years, their doner kebab sandwich is always delicious and for the price is the best sandwich in DC. I can't speak for the restaurant, but in the cafe -- food always arrives very quickly, the staff are very friendly, and I always leave content

My husband and I stopped here on a beautiful Sunday afternoon after visiting the flea market. The inside was nicely appointed but we opted for an outside table to take in the sun. I'll put it out there that service was very slow. However, the server was kind and doing her best. The food was phenomenal. Both of us ordered a Pide; he ordered one with meat (I don't remember which one) which was great, I ordered the Feta Cheese Pide and it was amazing. Rich, but delicious. As a starter we ordered the Mixed Meze Platter and quite honestly, we could have been totally satisfied with that. It was generous servings and all fresh and delicious. We'd go back for that platter alone. In summary, this place has some pretty critical reviews which I feel are overly critical. My recommendation is take good company of your partner or friends, be prepared for service on the slower slide, and enjoy a fantastic meal.

Ordered delivery from here last night with my mom. We got a good mix of things. Flavor wise, everything was pretty tasty, but I was disappointed in the styrofoam packaging and that the Pides looked like they'd been thru a hurricane by the time they arrived. Favorites:-Falafel-manti- sucuk Pide-mushroom pide-falafel- lentil soupThe mixed meze platter was tasty but also did not travel well at all and was basically one big clump by the time it arrived. The dolma were really good tho! Also was just meh about the pachanga boregi. The kashar Sahanda is not something you should order for takeout or delivery as it basically fused with the styrofoam and wasn't edible.

We shared a chicken sandwich and pide (Turkish pizza) along with some Turkish mint tea. The food tasted good and the chicken was juicy even before adding some yogurt sauce. There were a bunch of other things I would happily try next time when in the area.

Amazing place!! Came here for my birthday and the staff were so lovely, treated our big group so kindly, and the food was out of this world!!! So happy there's such an amazing authentic Turkish restaurant here in Georgetown. Will 10000% be coming back and recommending it to everyone I know! The vibes were amazing, the staff were so kind and patient with us, and the menu has something for everyone. I got the yogurtlu kebab and lahmachun and it was amazing - great portions and you can tell how high quality all the ingredients were. Can't wait to come back ASAP and hope to try everything on the menu eventually!!!

I ate for the first time at this restaurant tonight 9-30-2024 and it was superb! PLUS prices are very low - amazingly low - compared to other restaurants that offer quality food.A friend who had eaten there for many years invited me.I definitely will become a regular! I had the jumbo shrimp dish "sautéed shrimp" for $18.95. Fresh ocean shrimp NOT FARM RAISED which "many" fine restaurants serve these days. I can't/will not eat anymore because of farm-raised shrimp's lack of flavor & rubbery texture!My friend had the "chicken shish kabob", also $18.95 ,which she has had many times and says is delicious. Chicken breast.P.S. restaurant is very cute/lovely inside. i wouldn't have guessed looking at the exterior appearance. Bottom Line: Look forward to my next dinner! PLUS I learned they deliver so plan to order for home for big upcoming family event!

I am so sad to write this review, but caveat emptor. I have been coming to this restaurant forever, truly, over a decade. It used to be excellent and reliable. But in recent years it has been increasingly unpredictable in terms of quality. Last night I had a truly awful meal. I ordered three appetizers for pick up and they were barely edible. One of them, a fried meat and cheese phyllo dish, was so greasy, heavy, and flavorless I threw it away. Another, an artichoke and bean dish that I love, had literally no flavor and a poor consistency of texture. The person who took my order told me to come in 20 minutes, which I did. But all the food was cold and looked like it had been sitting on the counter for awhile. And the service, even for a pick up order, was indifferent. I am really sorry that this once great restaurant has taken such a dive in quality. I will not be back.
